Meenakshi and Sundar seek Lord Narayan’s help, believing only he can resolve their troubles. As they pray, Lord Narayan appears in human form, assuring them that Shiv Shakti’s marriage will take place. He instructs the King to perform a yagya and charity, to which the King readily agrees.
As the yagya begins, Shukracharya attempts to disrupt it by sending fireballs, but Lord Narayan defeats them with his Sudarshan Chakra. Shukracharya persists, but Sundar calls upon his Trishul, which merges with Lord Narayan’s Sudarshan Chakra to protect the ritual. The King continues the charity, distributing gold and silver, which generates divine energy strong enough to restrain Shukracharya.
Determined to ensure the union, the King donates everything he owns. As the power of devotion intensifies, Shukracharya is finally subdued. With peace restored, the King declares Sundar as Meenakshi’s rightful husband, and the forest people welcome her into their family. Lord Narayan proclaims that Shiv Shakti’s union will occur on Shivaratri.
Meenakshi prepares for her wedding, receiving admiration from Goddess Saraswati, while Sundar arrives with the Bharaat, accompanied by joyous celebrations. As the wedding commences, Lord Narayan blesses the King, stating that his charity for Shiv Shakti’s union will be eternally honored.
