The episode starts with introduction of rishi Parashuram. Mahishasur tells Shukracharya that Parashuram may be Narayan’s avatar; he is not even afraid of Shiv, forget Parashuram; he will visit Parashuram’s ashram and bring Kamadhenu cow. Shukracharya tells Diti that Mahishasur is doing really wrong. Shiv tells Parvati that he had to ignore her plea to save both Kartikeya and Ganesh’s dignity as their father and is apologising his Shakti now as a husband. Parvati ignores him and continues to prepare laddoo.

Mahishasur with asur soldiers reaches rishi Parashuram’s ashram and tries to steal kamadhenu. Rishi’s disciples warn him that he can’t steal kamadhenu in their presence. They fight with asur soldiers. Parashuram gets out of meditation and walks to them. Mahishasur says he is holding a weapon, having a glow like rishi, and power like a khshatriya, so he is Parashuram.

Shiv repeats that a father and a husband apologises Parvati. Parvati says her heart is so hurt that his apology cannot heal it. Shiv says then he takes oath on Shiv and Shakti’s love that he will not move until she forgives him.

Mahishasur tells Parashuram that he doesn’t care if he is Parashuram, he is here to take kamadhenu. Parashuram asks if he will dare to steal kamadhenu. Mahishasur says he will and Parashuram can’t do anything as he got a boon from Brahmadev that nobody can kill him. He ties down Parashuram. Parashuram seeks Mahadev’s help. Mahadev doesn’t move. Mahishasur says he can call Mahadev in vain while he takes kamadhenu away from there. He picks kamadhenu’s rope and takes her along. Parashuram pleads Mahadev to stop this injustice. Mahishasur laughs on Parashuram.

Mahadev pleads Parvati to forgive him, but she goes adamant. Shiv gets a flower and asks it to fall on Parvati and calm her down. Parvati doesn’t budge. Shiv continues to send flowers in front of her feet. Mahishasur takes Kamadhenu away. Parashuram’s disciples say they will go behind Mahishasur and get back kamadhenu. Parashuram says he will go to Mahadev and question him for not helping him on time.
