The episode starts with kailash residents performing Mahadev’s early morning aarti. Kartikeya carries water to perform shivling abhishek. Shiv tells Parvati that Kartikeya shouldn’t have gone there. Jalandhar warns Kartikeya that he will kill him if he performs jal abhishek. Kartikeya challenges him to try it and says he is Mahakal’s devotee and Mahakal will protect him.
Jalandhar continues to shoot arrows at Kartikeya. Kartikeya continues to perform jal abhishek. Mahadev says Kartikeya should have used common sense instead of falling for Jalandhar’s provocation. Parvati says their son made a mistake and should be protected. Mahadev says before a father, he is Shiv and will protect his devotee first, he will go and bring Kartikeya. He disappears.
Jalandhar loads final arrow to kill Kartikeya. Shukracharya warns him that his enmity is with Shiv and not his children and if he kills Kartikeya, there would be a disaster. Jalandhar shoots arrow. Shiv emerges and stops arrow. Jalandhar laughs that Shiv came to save his son. Shiv destroys arrow and tries to pull stuck arrows from Kartikeya’s body. Jalandhar warns him that is very poisonous and only he can remove it. He demands Shiv’s trishul in exchange of removing arrows from Kartikeya’s body. Shiv agrees and gives him trishul. Jalandhar challenges that soon he will snatch vasuki and chandradev from Shiv.
