The episode starts with Shiv feeling hungry while guarding Parvati. He recalls Ashokasundari promising to bring fruits for him and thinks his stomach has to wait until didi returns and has to manage with the fruits on tree. He tries to pick them but fails.
Shiv walks towards Parvati’s bathing area. Uma Nandan notices him and warns him to stop right there. Shiv smiles at home. Uma Nandan asks who is he and what is he doing here, stop staring at him and walk out of here. Shiv says he looks intelligent, where are his parents. Uma Nandan says he looks intelligent instead who wants to befriend him and walk further in, he will not let him do that.
Shiv says just like he is performing a duty of guard here, he is performing a duty of guarding the whole universe. Uma Nandan refuses to let him in again. Shiv calls Parvati. Parvati gets into pond and recalls Ashokasundari’s demand. She thinks she feels very happy after getting a second son.
Ashokasundari returns to Kartikeya and asks him to accompany her as parents agreed to her demand and got their brother. Kartikeya thinks their parents only rejects his requests. Rishi Brihaspati warns him not to associate him with every situation and asks him to fulfil his promise. Kartikeya agrees to accompany Ashokasundari. Brihaspati demands gurudakshina and asks him to never forget that he is Shiv and Adishakti’s son.
Shiv tells Uma Nandan that he is Parvati’s husband and tries to walk in, but Uma Nandan disagrees and challenges him for a fight.
