Narayan says the whole universe will remember that the lord of universe is serving his wife like a common human. Narad informs Shiv that Apasmara is creating trouble in the whole universe. Shiv says he will go and punish Apasmara and asks gods to be with Parvati until he returns.

Nishumbh warns Apasmara that nobody can harm him if he surrounds himself with shivlings, but what if Shiv himself comes and punishes him. Apasmara says Shiv will not come here as he is busy taking care of Parvati and if he coems here, he will be criticized for not following his duty as a husband.

Parvati opens eyes and gets angry seeing herself surrounded by gods. She asks why are they around her again and which is this place. Gods try to calm her down.
