The episode starts with Indradev with other gods carrying Mahadev’s trishul to kill Mahishasur. Shukracharya reaches a place where Mahadev informed that Mahishasur is buried in and orders asur soldiers to dig the place. Indradev reaches there and warns them to stop digging the ground. Shukracharya seeing him holding Mahadev’s trishul taunts him that he doesn’t trust himself that he got Mahadev’s trishul to frighten them.
Indra threatens Shukracharya to back off and turns the land into hard stone. Asurs fail to dig the land. Shukracharya seeks Mahishi/buffalo clan’s help to get Mahishasur out of the land. Mahishis pour their milk on the ground which turns the ground soft.
Indradev challenges to kill Mahishis first and then Mahishasur with Mahadev’s trishul. He throws trishul towards Mahishis. Trishul disappears and returns to Shiv. Indradev asks what kind of a joke is this. Mahadev says he already warned him that he can’t use trishul for wrong means. Narad tells Shiv that Mahishasur will punish Indradev if Mahishasur awakens. Shiv says Indradev tricked and killed Mahishasur’s parents, so he will pay for his sins.
Shukracharya plays shank announcing Mahishasur’s arrival. Mahishasur emerges from the ground and roars. Indradev and other gods get afraid and try to attack him, but fail.
