The episode starts with Asurs and Devtas walking on their sides of battlefield. Tarakasur looks at Kartikeya and recalls seeking boom from Brahmadev that only Shiv’s son should kill him. He smiles at Kartikeya and welcomes him. Their verbal battle starts. Tarakasur gets irritated with Kartikeya’s apt replies. Devtas feel happy under the supervision of Kartikeya. Diti joins Tarakasur. Kartikeya greets her. Tarakasur asks if he accepted defeat even before start of the war. Kartikeya says he is taught by his mothers to respect elders and he is greeting mata Diti. Verbal argument continues.
War starts. Kartikeya starts killing asurs. Tarakasur tries to head towards kartikeya. Diti stops him and says his end is written in Kartikeya’s hands, so he should concentrate on other devtas and let her handle Kartikeya. Tarakasur says he will defeat and capture Devaraj Indra then and walks towards Indra.
Dhiti walks behind Kartikeya and prepares to attack him. Narad says Dhiti is attacking Kartikeya. Vishnu says a warrior has to face attack from every side and defeat it. Narad says if Tarakasur captures Indra, then the war will be over and asurs will win it. Vishnu says they all should pray with Mahadev. Shiv and Parvati perform havan praying for the victory of devtas.
Kartikeya senses Diti’s attack and escapes it. He greets her and says a warrior doesn’t attack a woman first and asks her to attack him first. Diti says she is impressed with his ideology and found a warrior fighting against her grandson. Their fight starts. Tarakasur fights with Indra dev and makes him weaponless. Indradev gets afraid and seeks Mahadev’s help. Parvati asks Mahadev why he is not listening to Indradev. Mahadev says in a war, a senapati is the protector of soldiers, so Indradev should seek Kartikeya’s help. He asks Indradev to seek help from Kartikeya.
Precap: Tarakasur captures Kartikeya and says his end is under his grip. Kartikeya says he will break both is chain and arrogance and breaks chain. Tarakasur stands shocked.
