Dadi tells Shiv that Shakti has brought hope in your life. She thanks Shakti for giving them their Shiv. She hugs her and says Shiv will become the best doctor again. Shakti hugs Shiv and says you called me your wife so many times today, she is about to kiss him but he stops her and runs away. Mandira is angry. Rimjhim and the others leave from there. Padma tells Mandira that no one took your side today, this girl is failing your plans. Shakti comes there and says I will keep failing them because Mandira is wrong. Rimjhim comes there. Shakti tells Mandira that she would have burned alive today if not for Shakti but she will pay for her crimes. She tells Rimjhim that she will protect her at any cost, she glares at Mandira and leaves. Rimjhim brings a towel for Mandira and asks her
Gayatri cries and tells Shakti that Mandira won’t spare Shiv if she promised to hurt him. Shakti says you have to show strength now, you have to gain courage and use it as a strategy. Its a battle now and we have to attack Mandira before she can hurt Shiv. We have to expose her before she does anything. Gayatri asks how? Shakti says with our strength together, she has pained you so much, killed Gauri and made Shiv go back in his shell but not anymore, are you with me? Gayatri looks on. She says yes, I can do anything for my kids but how will we start to expose her? Shakti says the Lord will show us the way, she prays to him.
Manorama tells Chacha that she can’t tell Shakti about the loan as she is already facing too many troubles. Chacha prays to the Lord and asks him to show him a path. The wind blows and a newspaper falls in front of him. He sees an ad for a kidney donation for money. He thanks the Lord.
Keertan is running to Mandira with some papers and they fall down, he doesn’t see that and goes from there. Shakti comes there and picks up the papers. He smirks and says this will help me in exposing Mandira. She says this paper says Keertan will do an open heart surgery but he can never do any surgery so I am sure Mandira is up to something. She would only help him if she has any gain but what gain would she have?
Mandira tells Keertan that she can’t help him with the open heart surgery, you are not a real doctor. Mandira says the patient will die if you do the operation. Keertan says I need to become a doctor and if the patient dies then Shiv will be blamed as he is the hospital owner and I will make him do this surgery, we can put the blame on Shiv because of his mental condition. Mandira says Shiv won’t agree to this operation. Keertan says he has gained the confidence to operate people because of Shakti so he will agree. Mandira says good plan but when to execute it? Keertan says today. Mandira says are you crazy? this is risky. Keertan says I already have a patient, he is of 62 years old, and its an operation of 1 crore. We have to do this to get money, we have to do it for our clients, we haven’t traded organs for many days and if it continues then we will lose our clients and our shady business will end. The client is rich and ready to give us money so let the organ donor die and put the blame on Shiv.
Shakti comes to Shiv in the hospital. He is talking to a nurse and ignores her. Shakti says you were saying I am the best wife and now you are ignoring me? Shiv says I am busy. Shakti pulls him and his files drop. Shakti picks up the papers and asks about the surgery schedule? Shiv says I am going to attend all surgeries from now on.
Mandira tells Keertan that we need a proper plan so you can’t do it today. I can’t take any risks, she leaves. Keertan says I don’t need her permission, its about killing Shiv so I will do this operation today only.
Precap: A ward boy says to a strange man don’t worry, we are here to look after you when your surgery will be done. Shakti is looking at document and says there are no surgeries today then what are they discussing and she finds it fishy.
