Mandira offers shagun bangles to Shakti but she pushes her away and says I don’t want to do this marriage. Keertan says don’t misbehave, Shakti tells him to shut up. Rimjhim shouts at her to not insult her fiance. Shakti says he is a liar, he was crying and wanted to marry me just moments ago, he doesn’t love you, he is a liar. Rimjhim tells her to shut up. Keertan says Shakti is right, I talked about marriage with her but for Rimjhim and I. Shakti is shocked hearing that. Keertan says why would I want to marry Shakti? she is mistaken I think. He tells Shakti that he loves Rimjhim a lot, he fell for her when he saw her for the first time and I kept getting attracted to her. I am convinced that we are made for each other, if you love Rimjhim then you should know
that I love her way more than you, I promise to keep her happy always. Shakti says he is lying, Rimjhim tells her to stop it, you think everyone is lying except you? you think everyone wants to marry you and nobody would choose me over you? you are so full of yourself. You want everyone to be crazy about you. Shakti says its not like that. Rimjhim says you were never my sister. Keertan says don’t says that, she is your sister. He tells Shakti to think about Rimjhim’s happiness first, my Rimjhim. Mandira smirks and thinks he proved that he is after all my son. Keertan tells Shakti that my family would accept our marriage only if you agree to marry Shiv so I am begging you to please agree for this. Mandira says yes, I tried talking to the family but they want Shiv to marry you only then they would accept Rimjhim. They think Rimjhim is a little immature so they want you to become their daughter-in-law. Please accept this proposal for Keertan, he will die without Rimjhim. Also Shiv is the best person for you. Keertan says he is the best surgeon and he cares for his people so much, Mandira says he will do anything for Shakti, she will be very happy with him. Manorama says I accept this proposal. Shakti is shocked hearing that. Manorama says I accept this proposal but only for Keertan-Rimjhim. If Shakti doesn’t want to marry Shiv then she shouldn’t be forced for it. Rimjhim says what? Manorama says if I am allowing you to marry a person you like then how can I force Shakti to marry a person who she doesn’t want to? I can’t have different rules for my daughters, if she doesn’t want to marry Shiv then nobody would force her. Also what kind of demand is this that they will marry Rimjhim with Keertan only if Shakti marries Shiv? if Rimjhim wants to marry Keertan then she should do it. Shakti says but.. Manorama says no, your opinion matters to me. If you don’t want to marry Shiv then fine but if Rimjhim wants to marry Keertan then I am with her. She can live her life the way she wants and I won’t force you for anything. Rimjhim says she is right, she tells Mandira that Shakti is a fool, I can handle the family and take care of them, you don’t need Shakti. Mandira says I know you are the best girl for my Keertan but I can’t go against my family so I can’t do anything. They would never accept you, I can’t go against my family so I am sorry. She takes the bangles from her. Rimjhim is shocked and glares at Shakti. Keertan says I want to marry Rimjhim, I will kill myself if we don’t get married, I am begging you to not separate us. Mandira says come with me. Keertan holds Rimjhim’s hand and says I love her a lot. Rimjhim cries for her. Mandira whispers to Shakti that she promises to get her married to Shiv at any cost.
