Shraddha Jaiswal on joining the cast of Bhagya Lakshmi; says, “The cast of the show has been really welcoming”
Shraddha Jaiswal who was last seen in Sasural Simar Ka 2 as a naagin named Lavanya was disappointed as the show wrapped up in just 15 days after she joined the cast. The actress has now bagged a role in Bhagya Lakshmi where she will be seen essaying the role of Mohit Malhotra’s sister-in-law in the show.
The actress talked about it in a recent interview and shared, “Earlier I was playing a strong negative role in Sasural Simar Ka 2, but the show wrapped up. I had an amazing experience working on that show and I really wanted the show to run longer. But I am glad that I immediately bagged another role in Bhagya Lakshmi. In fact, the last day of SSK2 was my first day on the set of Bhagya Lakshmi. I had mixed feelings about the day. The cast of Bhagya Lakshmi has been really welcoming toward me. My character’s name is Saloni… I am playing Vikrant’s bhabhi in the show.”
Looking forward to the audience’s reaction, Shraddha added, “As of now, this role is a cameo for four months. But it also depends on how the audience reacts to my role and the track of the show. With a good response and ratings, it can also become a permanent role. It all depends on the reaction of the viewers. But I am glad to have taken up this role because it is an interesting character and I have worked with this production house earlier.”
Shraddha is also known for her role in TV shows such as Gustakh Dil, Shastri Sisters, and Madhubala.
