The Episode starts with Kaushalya scolding Kaikeyi for plotting against Ram. She says I know Bharat, he will never accept the throne, you be ready to face his hatred. Kaikeyi goes. The people get angry and say we will go and talk to dad, how did he let this injustice happen, we don’t accept this decision. They chant Ram’s name and go to the palace. Laxman assists Ram in removing the accessories. Urmila assists Sita in removing the jewellery. She asks Sita to keep the Chudamani, it’s a sign of good luck. Sita nods. She takes the Sanyasi clothes. Raghukul reet….plays… Laxman gives the Sanyasi clothes to Ram. Ram, Laxman and Sita change their clothes and come. They meet Dasharath.

Dasharath cries holding Sita’s hands and apologizes. Laxman hugs Dasharath and cries. Sumanth says

Ram is leaving and Dasharath is in sorrow, even Laxman and Sita are going, this separation will be harmful for him, the family needs Sita, and Laxman should have explained Ram. Ram says I tried to stop them, but I m speechless. He holds Dasharath. He touches his feet and cries. He asks Dasharath to just permit him to go. Dasharath blesses them. Ram signs Laxman and Sita to come. Dasharath cries. He gets dizzy and tries to stop them. He recalls the curse. Ram smiles seeing the Praja. The people ask Ram not to go. Kaikeyi looks on. Sumanth says people are opposing Ram’s vanvas, they have come inside the palace, they will change Ram’s decision. The people say we won’t let you go. Ram stops them.

The man says Dasharath has cheated our faith for a woman’s love, is it Dharm, it looks like he has lost his mind in old age. Ram stops them and defends Dasharath. He says you are talking about Ayodhya King’s Dasharath. The man says sorry, we can’t see this injustice, you are Dasharath’s son, and our Prince, is it not your Dharm to respect our feelings. Ram says Dasharath has commanded that Bharat will become the prince, its my duty to obey his command. The man says we won’t stay quiet, Kaikeyi did this, she will get punished, we will rebel.

Manthara comes to Kaikeyi. She asks why are you standing here, the people are angry on you, they can do anything for Ram, come inside. Kaikeyi says I want to see Ram leaving and get happy. Manthara says you will get joy when Bharat becomes the King, Maharaj isn’t fine, it’s the right time to announce Bharat as the prince, call Bharat back. Ram stops the people. He says Dasharath has raised you all as a father, he did his duty, its your duty to handle him in this tough time, if you have love and respect for me, then swear on it, you will love my three Matas and dad as your parents, I m going to the jungle for Ayodhya’s respect, promise me, that I will find Ayodhya same when I return, promise me, you won’t hurt Kaikeyi. The people cry. Ram says let me go now and do my duty. Ram sees Kaikeyi. She cries. Ram greets her. A boy asks Ram not to go. Laxman says they love us, they won’t let us go this way.
