The Episode starts with the entire Ayodhya celebrating Ram’s return. Kaushalya welcomes Ram and Sita home. Ram says I have done a big sin, I have killed Raavan, a Brahman, I won’t get pure by your aarti. She asks is our love lacking. Ram says no, my mothers have to be here, Kaikeyi isn’t here. She says she said she can’t live if she meets your eyes, she doesn’t want any abshagun by coming here. He says I will not enter the house without Kaikeyi. Everyone worries. Acharya asks him to step ahead. Ram asks how shall I go ahead without Kaikeyi, I can’t handle the throne in her absence. Bharat says it’s a sun’s Dharm to light for everyone, she is in guilt, so she has limited herself to a room, how can she bless you, you can’t turn down others, please enter our home. Kaikeyi holds a bow and thinks about Ram. Bharat comes and scolds her. She cries and says I have sent Ram to exile to make you the King, how can I meet Ram’s eyes, how…. Bharat says Ram always regards you his mom, you can’t be forgiven but you can’t make him wait, he said he won’t come inside the house and get Rajya Abhishek done until you do his aarti, come. She says I can’t come, I m weak, I m scared that my heart will cheat me when I face Ram, I will die, and it will hinder Ram, no I won’t let this sin happen. Bharat cries and says your guilt has to end in front of love today, you have to come. She says forgive me, I can’t come, explain Ram that my heart and senses aren’t in my control, I wish I see Ram becoming the king, then I can die peacefully and apologize to Dasharath. Kaushalya and Sumitra pray. Ram says I have to save my mum’s respect, Sita. Sita asks how will Kaikeyi come when she is in guilt.
He says no task is impossible for a person, thanks. He gets up and goes somewhere. He meets Manthara. She is shocked seeing him. She says I accept my crime, leave me, Ram. She gets scared. Ganesh asks will Ram forgive her, she has caused jealousy in Kaikeyi’s heart. Mahadev says I know, she has caused him troubles, but Ram knows that forgiving is the biggest Dharm. Ram says your fear is your punishment, Manthara. Manthara says but you here… He sits down. He says I didn’t come to hurt you but get you freedom. She asks don’t you get angry on me.
He says you have already undergone the punishment, come with me. She holds his hand. He takes her. Parvati says a heart who can forgive can do justice. Ganesh says he is showing compassion and giving a lesson to his people too. Mahadev says yes, he is a king who wins hearts and rules on the people. Ram gets Manthara with him. Everyone looks on.
