Priyanka knocked on Ranveer’s door with the shaky hands…
She was nervous and scared…
She wanted to run away from the place but she can’t…
She had to do this for her family… with the determination she stood there… She knew she was not alone in this and would get help if needed…
The door opened way too soon for her liking…
With the heavy heart she looked at Ranveer…
“Come in!” Ranveer said it with attitude and smirk on the face.
Once Prink entered the house, he locked the door behind.
Ranveer: Sit Priyanka!
Prinyanka: I don’t have time for this… Why did you call me?
Ranveer: the timid Priyanka speaking boldly is new… it is a turn on you know… but I wonder what is the reason!
Prinyanka: That is none of your business… tell me why you called me here soon! I don’t have time for your stupidity…
Ranveer: You don’t have right to question me… it is your responsibility to oblige whatever I say…

With that Ranveer ran towards Maan to attack him… Maan pushes Prinku away gently and took the punch of Ranveer… Maan and Ranveer fought… Ranveer tried to punch Maan whereas he just dogged it easily… Maan started attacking Ranveer back… within few minutes, both of them had bruises over their hand, face and body…
Maan twisted Ranveer’s hand and broke the arm…
He did the same with one leg…
After that he walked towards Priyanka…
Maan: Are you fine Prinku?
Priyanka: You are the one who is hurt.
Maan: I will be fine in no time… but if something happens to you means I…
Ranveer was witnessing all this from the floor where he was writhing in the pain…
They left the house but when they were about to enter the car she stopped him again…
Priyanka: What Maan? What if something happens to me?
Maan: Nothing leave it… lets go…
They walked for some distance and got into Maan’s car… She held his hand and stopped him before starting the car…
Priyanka: Tell me what Maan?
Maan: Umm… I said leave it… please…
Priyanka: Please Maan…
Maan: Your sister and brothers will kill me if I say anything…
Priyanka: I will save you for sure… because you are my happiness Maan… you always saved me whenever I was in trouble… you were always there for me… the moment I know I was in trouble, I called you because I know you will be there not only to protect me but also to take care of me… I always admired you and was attracted to you…. It was something that was unexplainable… I LOVE YOU…
Maan: may be because I was following everywhere… because I LOVE YOU Priyanka… I never told you because you have 3 brothers…
He said it awkwardly by rubbing his neck…
Priyanka smiled at it and then hugged him and he hugged her as tight as he can…

With that he started the car and they left…
Even though the day was painful for Priyanka, at least one good thing happened…
With a smile she sat comfortably in her seat and looked at Maan all throughout the journey towards the hospital…
Om woke up in his car in some deserted area… he didn’t remember anything apart from getting hit on the head in the mysterious way…
Om started his car and went to his home…
The minute he entered the house, Tej slapped him…
Om was shocked…
Tej was about to slap him again…
Shivaay: Dont you dare to raise your hand against my brother again…
Jaanvy: Om! Is my son! He can never do that to any girl… you believe Svetlana and not me…
Om: what is happening? I don’t understand what you guys are talking about?
Aadhira: we are all talking about this…
She pointed towards the television where the video Svetlana gave to them was playing…
In the video, Svetlana was screaming “help!” and it was shown that Om falls down her and also his hand knocked the camera on the table…
He saw Svetlana in a horrible state sitting in the wheel chair near her brother Ruben…
Ruben was looking angry…
Om: I didn’t do anything…
Shivaay: we know Om!
Rudra: We know you can never do it…
But Om’s heart bleed when Aadhira and Shagy didn’t say anything… he knew both of them faced similar situation…
Om looked at Aadhira who was in a deep thought…
Shagy’s face was emotionless…
Anika walked towards Om…
Anika: “I trust you Om… we stand by you in this…”
Om: Di… Shagy…
Shagy raised her hand to stop him from speaking further…
Om was taken back…
She walked towards him…
Shagy: What do you think Om? I don’t need any explanation… I know you are innocent and you can never do anything like that… you are not the culprit but the victim…
Om hugged her as tight as he can…
Aadhira: My brother can never do it even in his dream… If anyone looks at him questioningly they have to face me…
There was a silent in the place…
Tej looked irritated…
Tej: then what is the answer to Svetlana…
Aadhira: We will find who did it before coming to conclusion…
Ruben: I will make sure this video comes out and the police decide who the culprit is…
Shagy: Really Ruben… I will do anything to protect Om… you have to pass through me to do anything like that…
Ruben: Are you threatening me Shagy? What do you have? What can you do?
Shagy: Don’t forget that because of my one call you are in the wheel chair… I can’t go to any extent save Om!
Ruben: In one click I will send this video to media and let’s see what happens to this artist and what you can do to prevent it…
Shagy: No need…. let’s call the police… I will do it myself…
She called the police and informed about the rape…
All the Oberoi’s were taken back…
She held Om’s hand and gave a smile…

Then entered the police with few lady constable…
ACP Ashvath Gupta: So who was the victim?
Aadhira: Svetlana here is the victim and she blames my brother. I don’t trust it. I want the medical test to be done.
ACP: What if your brother was a culprit?
Shagy: My Om can never do something like that…
ACP: Let’s see that… looks like the victim was still in the clothes which she was abused…
Aadhira: and she didn’t clean herself as well… we can collect the evidence and prove it…
Tej: Are you doubting my Svetlana? Why would she lie about something like that?
Shagy: We will find that soon!
ACP motioned the lady police towards Svetlana and she was taken away…
There was a panicky look on her face…
Shagy: Om! Go with the police. We will be there…
ACP: Everything is ready for taking the statement from Ms. Svetlana.
In a hospital room, there was a district magistrate, doctor, lawyer, social worker, psychologist and police officer were present to take the statement from Svetlana.
(This process was recommended by the government after Nirbhaya case but not implemented in all the part of India. I have visited these centres in Bangalore through my internship organisation. These are called as One-stop centres. I am a psychology student so it was easy for me to get the access.)
Tej accompanied her into the room…
Svetlana: I was reading magazine in my room and Om entered my room. I was not able to move because of my accident. Om put a cloth over my mouth and made sure I don’t scream. He tied my hand and threw me over his shoulder. He put me in the back of his car and drove somewhere…
Lady Police: We found Svetlana’s bangle in Om’s car.
Magistrate: You proceed Ms. Svetlana.
Svetlana: then… he took me to this isolated place and forced himself on me. I cried to him saying that I love his father and so he should leave me. But No! I kind of escaped from him and called my brother. Then I opened the camera to take the video. But I was not able to get everything in it because of him… but he forcibly raped me again and again… mercilessly…
Tej: I will not leave him. I will make sure he gets what he deserves…
Magistrate: Mr. Oberoi. This is inappropriate behaviour. Doctor! Take Ms. Svetlana for medical check up!
Outside the hospital:
Rudra: I always thought you are not right for Om! But you proved me wrong today Shagy!
Shagy: May be I am not right for him Rudra… we will never knew…
Jaanvy: I don’t think so beta…
With that she pat Shagy’s head and kissed her forehead.
Om was taken out of the hospital after the test…
Shivaay: I want to talk to Om…
Police inspector: No sir! You can’t.
ACP: He can… give them a space and move…
The police inspector moved away…
Om spoke with his family members and shagy stood little far and was looking at that…
Om came to her and gave a hug…
ACP: Guys! Now I have to take Om to the police station. He have to spend a night in the police station.
Dadi: mera beta… Shivaay do something…
ACP: Don’t worry ma’am. Maan is going to be his cell mate.
Shagy: What is he arrested for?
ACP: Maan broke Ranvver’s hand and leg!
SHagy: Great! Do you know the reason!
ACP: He said he is innocent…
Aadhira: Okay! Take care of both Aswath.
ACP: Obviously yar… we are school friends after all…
Shagy smiled at him…
