A week later,
Abhi was missing speaking to Pragya. He felt very good by interacting with her although she is annoying when teasing her.

Do I really look cute when being angry?
This is a question he ask himself for the umpteenth time after she said to him.
Then he will smile at himself.
Whatever it is, apart from Dadi she knows how to talk to me. I like it!
He took out his phone & admired their selfie they took in the party.
She looks cute when pouting.
He then wondered why she lied to him. He disliked that she lied to him but why was he not getting angry on her??
That’s alright, being angry is of no use & that too towards her. She is a person to be adored not angered.
Today was the day he is going to meet her. He had no clue what she want to show him. He did asked him a couple of times through whatsapp. Yet there was no use. She was keep on saying to wait.
Now he got ready & was walking down the stairs before smiling at his portrait again.
Dadi was surprised to see him unusually happy.
Dadi “Any special event Abhi?” Abhi nodded his head & gestured that he will tell her what is it later.
He rushed out of house & Dadi pondered what was it that makes him so happy.
Abhi had told everything about his conversation with Pragya except about he was worried about his disability & now going to meet her. He didn’t want to worry his Dadi that he was worried & he could have told about meeting her today.
However he was scared that Dadi might get wrong ideas that Abhi & her are going for a date. She was very much happy that she was not married or pregnant. That means it paves way for her to consider Pragya as a match for him.
He was now driving his car & parked it at the restaurant that she asked to meet.
Pragya was already there. As usual she looked sweet in her smile.
Abhi gestured with his hand that her dressing is superb. She blushed in response.
In a while, Pragya “Bee…bee..is it possible to eat something light & from here we need to go somewhere else.”
Abhi, To where??? He thought.
Pragya “You just don’t think. You will know it soon dost. Is that ok?”
Abhi nodded his head with a wide smile. They then ordered food & drinks. He had it by admiring Pragya. She gave funny faces whenever she drinks juices using the straw.
Abhi shook his head & signalled through his eyes to stop her doing like that. It was making him difficult not to laugh.
Pragya scowled her face in response which made Abhi to shake his head in her unbelievable antics.
Pragya “I asked you to eat fast right? Then why are you doing like this?”
Abhi, Crazy girl! She is the one not allowing me to eat with her funny reactions.
Pragya “Oh…admiring me ah? I know I am looking beautiful. But boy u should admire the food in front of u too. If not they will feel upset.”
Abhi taking his fork was asking her to keep quiet by placing it on her lips.
She frowned in response. Although she was enjoying it as his fork was on her lips. She felt a different kind of pleasure in it. He saw her smiling looking in shyness. He wondered why she reacted this way before realizing his fork was on her lips.
He quickly took away his fork & started to eat looking down. She looking at him smiled widely.
Abhi, I hope she is not getting wrong ideas of me. Why is she still smiling at me. It’s very awkward.
Both were silent later. Pragya looked at him & asked “You are done with the food so shall we leave?”
He nodded his head as yes. Pragya took out her wallet to pay for the bill when shook his head as no.
Pragya “Why not? I called u na so I have to pay the bills.”
Abhi never argued with her & waved at the waiter. The waiter “Sir? You are here?” Abhi smiled at him & signalled him to give the bill.
Waiter “Sir but u are….” Abhi gestured his hand to get the bill.
Pragya seeing it look confused.
Abhi grinned at her. The waiter returned & passed him the bill saying his Boss will surely scold taking money from him.
Abhi paying the money stood up & patted his shoulder as a sign that he will manage it.
Pragya following him out asked “Is this your friend’s restaurant?” Abhi nodded his head as yes.
Abhi was about to walk towards his car when Pragya said “Not car. Shall we walk? It’s nearby here!”
Abhi was ok with it & walked with her.
Pragya was feeling jittery of what she is planning to do. He found it as all the while she was fidgeting with her dupatta
Abhi then was surprised to reach a chapel that they used to come when they were young.
The breeze over there made him remember myriad of incidents in his childhood. It was always a very windy place.
Pragya “Abhi, you remember this is the place we come after school?”
Abhi reminisced how his dad & her dad accompany them here. There was a small playground outside the chapel where they used to play.
Pragya “Then our dads always say playing & praying is important. Remember??”
Abhi nodded his head as yes with tears welling up in his eyes.
Pragya “ I don’t want to see tears in you Abhi.”
Abhi wiped his tears & looked thankful to her for bringing him here.
He walked towards the playground area that is now not in proper condition.
Pragya softly “Abhi…”
He turned behind to see & was shocked to see her bending on knees.
Abhi going near her gestured what is she doing?
Pragya “I will straightly get to the point Bee…Bee..Will you marry me??”
Abhi was taken aback. He wasn’t expecting this from her. That too all of a sudden.
Pragya “I know I am asking this all of a sudden but I am not ready to lost in touch with you again. I just want to ask you this as I am fond of you in every way.”
Abhi turned away unable to face her. This is completely ridiculous to him.
Pragya standing up “Abhi, don’t think I am desperate but my love for you is there for many years. It’s from the time u left Delhi.”
Abhi was about to walk away when Pragya hold his hand. Pragya “Please Abhi. Say yes na…Both of us will make a good life partners in our lives.”
Abhi looked at her in disbelief.
Pragya “I really want to begin a life with u if not I won’t mind to end my life.”
Abhi slapped her hardly in response.
Pragya looked persistent in getting an answer.
Pragya “There you see you are not being able to see me end my life na. They why not a start a life with me Abhi?”
Abhi hugged her for a moment before breaking the hug.
Pragya pleadingly “Please Abhi…agree to this…”
Abhi placed his hand on her chest. Pragya “My heart here is for you Abhi.” Abhi in response shook his head as no. He pushed her away before walking off.
Pragya followed him but he was quick enough to disappear.

Abhi looks on as Pragya is continuously talking to him.
Pragya “Abhi, your silence never depreciates you like you are thinking. It’s only appreciating your life. Try to understand that.”
