Star Bharat’s upcoming new show Lakshmi Ghar Aayi’s lead actress Simran Pareenja recently got injured during the shoot of a fight sequence for the initial episodes. In a recent interview with India Forums, the actress revealed that she hurt herself while shooting for a riot scene. Simran was supposed to fall and tumble but she miscalculated the landing, tripped, and ended up hurting herself.
She shared, “Getting injured I believe is a part and parcel of acting. It was unfortunate that I tripped and fell badly and ended up hurting myself. We were shooting with difficult props around us and there was an enactment of a riot, I got so involved in the character that I didn’t even realize when I fell. Everyone on the sets came to my rescue and helped me. It feels great to know people are there to protect you when you are hurt, it’s like shooting with the family.”
Fans were relieved to know that it was a minor injury and that there was nothing to worry about. The show is scheduled to priemere on 5th July, 2021.
