Dharam Niwas is shown
Everyone are shown in hall when Mr Khanna enters for reading out the will….Dharam had renewed his will recently and had bequeathed his entire property to his wife….Meera was asked to control all businesses,and Parag was to help her out whenever needed….A special stipulation was made- whereby Meera would take complete responsibility in financing Naiya’s wedding….She was also asked to gift the newly wedded couple Rs 20 crore….
Meera couldn’t take it anymore….
Meera(Angrily):I don’t want all this….I want my husband, ONLY HIM!!!….
Parag:Don’t refuse this beta….Think of this as Dharam’s last wish….
Gaura:Ur Dad is right….Dharam too wanted this to happen….
Meera(Crying):But Mom and Dad….I can’t run Dharamji’s entire empire….I can’t….
Gaura:Don’t worry beta….Paragji will teach u….We all are with u….
Meera:I need time….
Parag:Take ur time….Dharam wanted me to help u out….I will whenever I can!!….
As much as Meera tried, she could not adjust to being alone….Of course her family were in constant communication with her- but it was not the same….A part of her soul was snatched away from her….
Every morning Meera would wake up with hope….Hope that her life would return to her….But by nightfall- all her hopes would be dashed….
Parag did as promised and immersed himself in the hotel business….At this point the only thing Meera was required to do was sign- important papers and cheques….That too she did half heartedly….Her world stopped rotating 3 ½ weeks ago….Meera constantly asked Kanhaji for a sign, something to say that- HE WAS STILL OUT THERE!!!….But nothing came….
In the study room
Meera:I can still feel him…I can hear his heartbeat?…..But everyone is saying it’s just my wishful thinking….They can be right too….This is my most favorite place now…I feel like staying here all day….
Just then there was a knock on the door….Seema enters and apologized for interrupting her and then says….
Seema:Ma’am someone came to meet u and says she is ur Kokila aunty….
Meera:I don’t know any Kokila…..Vokila??….Tell her I don’t want to meet her….
Seema goes but returns minutes later….
Seema:Ma’am she is saying she is Kokila Patel….Jigar Patel’s Mom….
Meera got up and went to meet the lady….
In the hall
Meera:Ji??….
Kokila is shown in faded sari, specs,very minimal jewellery….
Kokila:Meera…..Pehchana??….I am ur aunty!!…
Meera(Rolling her eyes):What do u want??…
Kokila(shuttered):Wo beta….Main….Wo….Dharam ne….
Meera:See I don’t have time for this?….Would u plz leave??…
Kokila:From the time Jigar has gone, Dharam has….
Meera raised her hand and she stopped talking…
Meera:Take my husband’s name with respect?….
Kokila:Mr Dharam Suryavanshi used to send me money every month to run our household….
This news shocked Meera….
Meera(In her mind):Dharamji were feeling so guilty of taking away Jigar from his mother that he took the responsibility to run their household???….
Meera:If u think I am gonna carry out what Dharamji did, that is sign cheque for u every month….THEN U ARE HIGHLY MISTAKEN!!!…My heart is not as big as that of Dharamji’s….I won’t give u even a penny….Understand u better Understand?….Now u can go!!…
Kokila goes from there dejected but Meera remained unfazed….
Meera:Pata nahi kaha kaha se ajate hai??….
Kokila who heard it got tears in her eyes as she recalled Meera coming to her house and greeting her, hugging her, spending time with her???….
Evening….
Naiya often called Meera, just to check up on her….But Meera hated taking her calls as they both would end up crying….Meera was grateful for the concern Naiya showed….
It was the same time every day that Naiya rang her and today as well she was on right schedule….
Naiya:Bhabhi the wedding is called off….
Meera:What??…Ohh no Naiyu…I’m so sorry!!…
Naiya:I am not…I’m glad it’s off!!…I never wanted to marry him in the first place- REMEMBER??….
Meera:But what happened Naiyu??…
Naiya:Yesterday Maddy returned from Canada and this morning he came to meet me…He said: “THEY WILL NOT BE GAINING ANYTHING FINANCIALLY, BY ME MARRYING INTO THAT FAMILY….DHARAM SURYAVANSHI DID NOT LEAVE ANYTHING TO HIS ONLY SISTER…SO IT’S NOT IN THEIR BEST INTEREST TO CONTINUE WITH THIS ALLIANCE”….
Meera:Naiyu get ready….I am coming to pick u up in half an hour….We are going to pay them a visit…

Scene shifts to a Penthouse
The two girls landed up at the Jain family’s penthouse….They were welcomed in by Komal….Maddy and his Dad were too present there….
Vivek:It’s nice to meet u….But any special reason…
He extended his hand towards her but Meera ignored it…
Meera:I didn’t came here to exchange any pleasantries…..Infact to say u THANKS….Thanks for freeing my nanad- so that she can find someone suitable to marry, someone who will love her for who she is….And not for how big her balance is….Dharamji didn’t leave Naiya anything but he asked me to give her hefty sum of money as a wedding gift….Thank God this wedding did not happen- I would’ve hated my husband’s hard earned money go to people like u schemers?….Naiya Dharamji ki jaan hai- what if Dharamji is not here, his wife is still alive….What do u all think Maddy will get married to some other super rich girl??…NOT WHILE I AM STILL HERE?!!….I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NEVER HAPPENS…..I will tell everyone how greedy people u are….No one will give their daughter for ur son to marry….
Komal tries to speak….
Meera:And what should I tell u??…U too took ur husband n son’s side….I don’t want my nanad to suffer like u in this house….
With this Meera removed Naiya’s engagement ring and throwed it on Maddy’s face….
Meera:Understand u better Understand??!!!…
With this Meera walks out from there….
Naiya:Wow bhabhi u sounded just like bhai??….

Janko brings the boy to meet Meera….Meera servers him tea….
