TWO YEARS AGO (Location : Mumbai)
She smiled cutely, walking upto him, a mischevious glint in those shiny black orbs. Placing a finger on his forehead she mused to herself. “You have a lot of wrinkles here.” She teased slyly, tracing her finger all over his forehead. “See,.. Here….and here……. and here”.
“Are you hinting that your extremely handsome and s*xy hunk of a fiancee is old Missy?” He asked sternly, raising a brow at the tiny nymphet across him, amused by her antics, but the small smile that subconsciously tucked onto his lips gave him away.
“I do old man.” She retorted playing along but cut herself off, shocked to see the sharp intense gaze directed at her. Biting the inside of her cheek nervously, she looked up at him shyly as he grabbed the hand that was frozen on his face, never taking his eyes off of her petite frame as he kissed her sweetly on the lips.
“I Love You so much My Sweet Angel”. Her face reddened more if that was even possible when his eyes closed as he gently pecked the back of her hand. He breathed in deeply, like he was inhaling her scent, kissing each of her fingers, starting with her thumb, before placing a gentle kiss on the palm of her hand and resting it on his face.
She blushed like a ripened tomato as her fiancee used her hand to cup his face. “Y-yeah.” Getting super embarrassed, she squeaked cutely making him open his eyes eyes to look at her.
“L-let’s play a game!!” She exclaimed happily causing Sanskar to frown, not liking the idea. “We’ll play and at the end of the game if you won, I’ll give you something.” She suggested apprehensively causing Sanskar’s face to brighten up instantly at the proposal. “What will you give me?” He questioned excitedly, his mind clouding with several romantic scenarios.
“You have to catch me first old man!!!!” She yelled teasingly, taking off running in the opposite direction. Sanskar stood there, frozen for a moment, before sprinting after the giggling midget.
“Bunny!!! Stop this!! You’ll get hurt sweetheart.” She laughed, knowing it was true, but she just wanted to let everything go for now, intending to enjoy every second of the day with the man she loves to death.
“What?!!! I can’t hear you!!!” He frowned and tried to speed up. Ragini looked behind and squealed when she saw him gaining on her. She began zigzagging, trying to slow him down.
“Bunny!!!” Sanskar yelled before diving forward and tackling her at the waist. Ragini was completely surprised when her body lurched forward and she was forced to the ground as the two of them rolled down on the sand but stopped just near the shore.
Ragini wanted to laugh, but it came out as breathy wheezes as she squirmed underneath him. Sanskar looked at her, worried that something had happened to her.
“Angel ! Baby, what’s wrong?!! What hurts?!! Are you okay?”
“I’m fine Cupy.” She wheezed out as she tried to calm herself down. “I-I’m fine. J-just a bit out of breath.” Sanskar immediately pulled her in a bear hug, lovingly pecking the top of her head.
The tide rushed in, just as he went down to kiss her again, splashing the couple. Ragini giggled at the shocked look on his face.
Shifting a bit closer, she swiftly kissed him on the lips,.pulling back in an instant, before he has the time to kiss back.
She bit her lip anxiously, when he pressed his forehead against hers, before placing light kisses all over her adorable baby face, who scrunched her nose cutely in response, her melodic giggles filling the surrounding.
After lingering for a moment near her lips, he moved to nuzzle his face on the crook of her neck. “Don’t ever leave me Angel.” Ragini bit her lip harder, trying not to cry at the feeling of his trembling form on top of her. He was scared. Scared of losing her.
Reaching around, she encircled her arms around his torso and held him tighter.
“Never.”

PRESENT (Location : Maheshwari Headquarters)
Guarding outside the basement door, Ryan was still pondering on his commander’s words of caution to him about holding his tongue.
He cringed as another painful scream echoed around in the dark blissful night. He is at the bottom of the ladder for now, so he know better than to ignore Shekhar’s warning, lest he want to end up dead.
He is not ignorant like his commander thought him to be. He knew beforehand how dangerous the Don is. If he is honest to himself, he still hasn’t completely overcome his shocked state because of the presence of the “Don Sanskar Maheshwari”. Only two months joining the organization and he had never expected that he would come face to face with such a powerful and influential being.
Another bloodcurdling scream tore through the surrounding before everything went silent. His ears perked up at the sound of the approaching footsteps and he immediately bowed his head down in submission just when the door of basement shoot open. From the corner of his eyes, he saw the Don fading away in the maze of the hallways, followed by his men. His shoulders slumped down and he sighed in relief.
Finally, Shekhar came up supporting a hard expression and he have to admit the fact that though the man took him under his wing after his father’s death, Ryan never even once saw the man smiling in the two months of his job.
He nodded at Ryan and motioned him to walk along.
“Have you double checked the security? Boss is here and there is no space for any fault or a mishappening.”
Ryan nodded his head in response, before replying with a “Yes commander.” but he still can’t get over the subject. This area has hundred of bodyguards scattered all over the place. How more tight can a security be, and this place is not even the main base.
“Umm. Commander?” Ryan called a bit apprehensively.
“Yes?”
“Who is Ragini?” This question has been clawing inside of him for hours since he heard the man yelled out the name before getting his life beaten out of him.
Shekhar stopped walking abruptly, hastily looking around to see if anyone heard the idiotic boy before him.
“”Where did you heard that from?” He asked angrily.
“That guy said the name…Ragini” Ryan replied tilting his head slightly in confusion. Why all the fuss over this name.
“Don’t say that name.” Shekhar whisper yelled at him.
“What..? Ra-” A punch landed straight on his gut before he could comete the name, almost knocking the breath out of him.
“Shut your mouth boy. Do you have a death wish like that ba****d Damien. I told you, DON’T repeat her name.”
“But..why?” He heaved breathlessly, tightly clutching his stomach.
“It’s the unspoken rule of the Maheshwari clan. You’re not worthy enough.” Shekhar gritted out each word through clenched teeth.
“Huh?” Was his only response.
“Don’t repeat her name again. DON’T poke your nose in the matters that doesn’t concern you and for god’s sake DON’T go around asking about her, if you wish to keep your body intact. You’re new here, that is the only reason I’m letting you go without any consequence. Because trust me, if the Don came to know about this, he will make whatever happened to Damien seem like a child’s play in comparison to what he would do to you.”
Ryan gulped hard at the words, his mind running with several not-so-enjoyable scenarios. The Don wouldn’t do that right?
“I’m giving you the night off. Don will stay here for tonight and god knows, you will most probably end up with a bullet in between your eyes if I let you stay here for one more second.”
Ending his speech, Shekhar turned around and walked down the hallway leaving behind a confused, baffled and a slightly happy Ryan.
At least he get to spend a day with his sister.
****/////
“Home sweet home.” Ryan muttered happily before entering inside the apartment. The house was silent. It was 2o’clock in the morning, so she was probably sleeping. His sister is definitely a heavy sleeper. A thief can rob their apartment and she wouldn’t even wake up.
Stepping inside into his slightly messy room his gaze fell onto his laptop. His mind went back to the screams he heard just hours before, and damn him, the curiosity got the best of him.
His mind began swirling up with the ideas of who the mystery girl could be.
A slight peak won’t hurt right?
Submitting to his unending curiosity, he jumped onto his bed grabbing his laptop along with him.
Though he is a security guard, computer and technology is his forte. Switching the power button on, he immediately engrossed himself in the work. Hacking into the organization’s data for any clue on the mystery girl.
It was proving more difficult than he thought it would be but it was expected since it’s a Mafia organization he is talking about.
“Finally!!!! ” He exclaimed with a grin, as a page appeared onto the laptop screen.
RAGINI SURYAVANSHI SINGH RAIZADA
Was written in black bold letters. A photo appeared beside the name and Ryan would have to admit, the girl was excruciatingly beautiful. An Angel to be precise.
But what could a girl have something to do with one of the most ruthless Mafia family?
She looks like she can’t even hurt a fly intentionally.
He didn’t get more time to mull over his thoughts, as the page itself closed shut and within seconds his ringtone blared loudly at 5o’clock in the morning.
“What. The. Hell. Do you. Think. You’re. Doing. Boy?”
A voice boomed through the other end as a shiver ran down his spine.
Thank you so much everyone for commenting in the last part. I know I told you that you would know the reason behind Ragini’s name in second part but I’m extremely sorry it was not possible. But I promise you would know in the next part.
Till then, stay healthy and be happy.
And please comment if you liked this part.
