Sonu Sood aids Team ‘Roadies’ in donating 1,000 raincoats to Mumbai Police
Bollywood actor Sonu Sood, who is also known for being a philanthropist is currently seen as the host of the show ‘Roadies Journey to South Africa’. The actor is known for going out of the way to help others and he has done something similar recently.
Sonu supported the team of ‘Roadies’ in donating 1000 raincoats to the Mumbai Police. The actor talked about it during a recent interview and shared, “I have the utmost respect for our Mumbai Police and thank them for their extraordinary hard work, which makes our ordinary lives safe.”
He added: “This contribution of a thousand raincoats from Roadies is our way of saluting them and further equipping them for their duties.”
The raincoats were created by Yashlok Welfare Foundation which hired the marginalized sections of society such as the unemployed youth, women, rural population, and differently-abled individuals to manufacture the raincoats.
