Speculations surround Cyrus Broacha’s absence in Bigg Boss OTT 2
In the latest episode of Weekend Ka Vaar in Bigg Boss OTT 2, host Salman Khan surprised viewers by not announcing any eviction. However, keen observers noticed the absence of Cyrus Broacha, who had been expressing his desire to leave the house due to health reasons. Netizens took to social media, speculating about Cyrus’ possible eviction from the show.
Although there was no formal eviction announcement, Cyrus’ absence in the live feed raised questions about whether the show’s makers had permitted him to leave. During Weekend Ka Vaar, Cyrus had expressed his intention to quit the house, citing his inability to eat or sleep. However, Salman Khan did not grant his request, instead stating that Cyrus would have to pay a penalty if he wished to quit.
Cyrus had voiced his struggles, saying, “Sir, I haven’t been able to sleep. I only get three hours of sleep at night, and then I wake up to work out, leaving me completely drained. I can’t handle it anymore.” Salman responded, “It goes against the contract, and you should consider this as your work. Even the channel cannot release you from it because you have signed the contract. The show doesn’t work according to your whims and fancies.”
Following this conversation, Cyrus reluctantly agreed to stay. However, it remains unclear whether Cyrus has been allowed to leave the show for medical reasons or if he has temporarily departed for a medical checkup. Several fan pages have noticed Cyrus’ absence and mentioned it on social media.
While there was no eviction this weekend, Salman Khan announced a two-week extension of the show. Originally scheduled to conclude in July, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 finale will now take place on August 13. Puneet Superstar, Akanksha Puri, Aaliya Siddiqui, and Palak Purswani are the contestants who have been evicted from the show thus far.
