Laksh:..bhai can you help me in getting the casefile 14-1-00066-7
Sanskar: hmmmm…
They leaves and sujatha stands confused….dp and rp reaches their and after sometime Sanlak also came there…..
Sanskar:now can you tell me what is happening?????
Laksh:..open and read that bhai….you will understand…
Sanskar(looks confused at Laksh and then opens the file):…case no 309 dated 22/11/2014, case against accused…m…ur…de…rr…..of Kavya Mehra and Arjun Kapoor…..accused..Karthik Mehra….(shocked)

Sanskar:(sighs)…case filed by Aashi Sighania….eye witness:Aashi Sighania…????
He turns the page and looks without blinking his eyes…..
Sujatha looks at him and get the file from his hands and looks at it……
Sujatha(whispers):..swara….!!!!
They stares at swaras pic named Aashi Singhania and the same man Karthik….
(Guys I really don’t know anything about law and these cases and all so kindly forgive the mistakes…..)
Dp:what is going on laksh…?????
Rp:…Laksh…
Laksh(cuts):..I’ll explain….(to Sanskar)..bhai…..till now there is only one case that I lost…and this is it…..I lost bcuz…the eye witness didn’t come for the hearing….and if this is the man who you all saw last day….then I’m sure swara bhabhi is none other than Aashi….
“What!!!””’ a new voice interrupts….all looks back to find a girl who is in her mid twenties… She rushes to laksh:lucky…. You know where is Aashi….
Laksh :haa ragu…thats why I called you….
Ragini( happy tears)..really laksh….( he nods)….
Just then a man in his late twenties enters….
Ragini rushes to him and hugs him….
Ragini:..bhai….did you hear…??? Now we can see our shonu….and see bhai I will scold her so much for leaving us …..and this time you won’t take her side….
The man:(emosionless)…..hmmmm….(to all)..hello…I’m Aarav Singhania….
Sanskar looks at him and closes his eyes tight remembering last day……how he again misunderstood his love…..

Sanskar rushes to swara who was staring to the depths but stops seeing a man coming towards her….she turns and hugs him…..they talk about something….he kisses her forehead….. Sanskar leaves….. The man is revealed to be Aarav….
FB ends….

Sanskar was about to say something but interrupted by a phone call….he was about to cut it but picks seeing the id…
Sanskar:haa sahil…..
Sahil:….sanky…..where are you…??? Ur house is locked….
Sanskar:huhhh…..
Sahil:…idiot..we are standing in front of your house…..
Sanskar: hmmmm……we are not there..
Sahil: oh really….we didn’t know that……you fool I know that…..now tell me where are you people……it had been a long time since we’ve seen swara….by the way….u sound so dull…anything serious?????
Sanskar:we are at laksh’s office…come here….i need to talk….
Sahil:ok….we will be there in 10 mins….

Ragini:(impatient)….lucky….why are we waiting here????? Now we know where is shona… (to aarav and Laksh)..come….. I want to see her….I want to know where was she in these 2yrs……
She turns to go but stops hearing Sanskar……
Sanskar:…she was at Lucknow…..
Ragini:(turns to Sanskar)…. U r lucky’s brother naa??? .. And how do you know that she was there????
Sanskar:6 months back……when I went to meet my friend sahil…..she was with him….
Ragini:(didn’t understand) what..???
Sanskar: his wife was her friend….
Just then Sahil with his wife comes there…..
Ragini:(looks at the sahil’s wife)..Kavita….????
Sanskar:(looks at sahil who was staring at him and ragu and aarav)…. Sahil…..so….can you say why did u lie even after knowing the truth…????
Dp:…Can you all please explain what the hell is going on here?????
Kavita: I’ll tell uncle……
They listens to her…….in all these while….Sanskar was covered by an unknown restlessness……he tried to ignore the fear popping out of his mind but……it was increasing by passing time….

At the same time:
Scene changes to a mansion with Singhanias engraved on the huge wall……. Camera moves inside…and reaches to a room….full MESSED UP…….we can see a girl lying on the floor clutching her stomach and cuddling to herself…….it is crystal clear that she was in deep deep pain…both mental and physical……her pale eyes said about her sleepless night….but…..in all these pain…….her eyes was waiting for someone…it seemed that she was waiting to see a glimpse of someone and close her eyes……forever…..
The screen freezes on the hope filled eyes of that girl and restless Sanskar……
