The Episode starts with the constable asking Alia who is this guy? Alia says he is my finance. Constable asks then why his romantic pic is with the missing girl. The Inspector doubts them and asks if they are related in this case. Sarangdhar says then why we would have come here. He says you can’t leave the city. They come out. Sarangdhar says he took that pic when he was making her jealous. Alia tells him that she is holding herself responsible as Elaichi is missing. Rahul calls her and asks if Sarangdhar is with you. Alia says no. Kamleshwari prays for Alia and Sarangdhar. Elaichi calls Gautam who is in the café with Nandini. Nandini tells him that they shall book venue for Alia’s wedding. Gautam gets a call again and again. Nandini asks him to pick the call. He goes out and picks the call.
Elaichi comes out of the house hearing the music. Alia sees Elaichi on the road and asks Sarangdhar to stop the car. Sarangdhar asks her not to hallucinate. Alia says she is not hallucinating and gets down from the car. She calls Elaichi. Elaichi turns. Just then Alia meets with an accident. Sarangdhar is shocked to see her injured. He lifts her. Elaichi goes from there. Sarangdhar informs Sunita and rushes Alia to the hospital. Rabia takes her to the OT and Sarangdhar to wait outside. Chandariya jheene re jheere plays….Gautam and Nandini reach hospital. Gautam holds his collar and holds him responsible. Brij Mohan comes there and fights with Gautam. Sarangdhar says he is Alia’s father and has right to say. Both Brij and Gautam argue. Bua ji also argues with Gautam. Gautam says Alia was running behind Elaichi. Gautam says mistake is mine, that I…elaichi. Brij mohan stops him. Kamleshwari senses something she is missing. Sarangdhar feels alone and tells that life has become colorless without her. He gets teary eyes. Rahul calls Alia and her phone is off. He calls Sunita and asks where is Alia? Sunita informs him about Alia’s accident. Rahul says I will go there. Mala calls him, but he goes without answering her. Elaichi calls Bua ji and says Madam ji met with an accident. Bua ji says I know and Lalla saw you. Elaichi asks if she is alive. Bua ji says matter is serious and asks her to hide somewhere. Elaichi says I am scared. Rabia comes out and tells Sarangdhar that Alia has much blood loss and she fears that she can’t save the babies. Sarangdhar asks her to save Alia and says she is very important to him. Nurse says we need blood at the earliest. Gautam says he is AB negative, but diabetic. Rabia asks them to arrange blood somehow. Bua ji says if Alia’s kids die then their relation will not survive. Sarangdhar goes to the blood banks, but couldn’t arrange blood group AB negative. Gautam calls Dr. Mathur and asks him to arrange blood. Nandini also calls someone and asks to tell people. Sarangdhar goes to the banks still and comes out sad. Gautam tells Nandini that he has called all big hospitals. Sarangdhar cries and thinks he can’t lose his life’s biggest happiness. He goes live on social media and tells the poetry while tears in his eyes. All the office employees see him live. Faheem says something is going on between them. Rosy says he got emotional. Faheem says why? Mala says Alia met with an accident. Sarangdhar says the babies are Alia’s world and fought with the world for them and today she is struggling with life. He says babies’ lives are related to the mother. Rahul comes there and tells that they need AB negative blood and tells that Patient’s name is Alia Shroff. He asks the people to spread the word that she needs AB negative blood. Sarangdhar cries and hugs Rahul.
Param says Rahul has become smart, and says he can’t take my position. Rosy says if they are so worried about their position then arrange blood. Faheem thinks to enquire about Sarangdhar and Alia’s relation. Sarangdhar and Rahul come to hospital. Pavan informs him that Alia got the blood and doctor is transfusing it. Sarangdhar hugs him. Rabia comes out and says Alia is getting blood transfusion and her vital organs are improving, says she is there to take care of her. Kamleshwari asks about babies. Rabia says they can’t say until 24 hours passes. Sarangdhar sees Elaichi there and asks what is happening? Rabia tells that she has donated blood. Bua ji scolds Rabia for taking her much blood and takes Elaichi from there. Kamleshwari asks Sarangdhar not to worry, as nothing will happen to Alia and the babies. Rahul hears them.
Precap: Rabia informs Alia that her pregnancy has become high risk pregnancy and there is a chance of miscarriage. Alia asks her not to tell Sarangdhar. Sarangdhar comes inside and asks what are they hiding from him.
