The Episode starts with Sarangdhar telling that he is going for an interview. Rahul offers to drop him to the interview place. Sarangdhar agrees and asks him to meet him in the Kavya café. Alia hears on the other call. She asks Rahul to offer Sarangdhar a job of a writer with four times more pay. Rahul says we can hire more writers. Alia tells that Sarangdhar is a good writer and can change life. Rahul asks your life? Alia says everyone. Sarangdhar comes to the café and tells Kavya that he came for the meeting. He then says sorry for the morning incident. Kavya tells that she thought about it and feels sorry too for her behavior. Sarangdhar laughs…Kavya praises him. He says he shall meet her father and brother. Rahul comes there and calls Sarangdhar. They sit. Rahul says it will be a treat

from his side and office will reimbursed. He tells that Alia is very generous. Sarangdhar says she is generous about just money, but not praising people. He asks did she praise you ever for your work. He says everyone is afraid of her in office. Rahul says Alia has offered him a writer’s job with four times more salary. Sarangdhar refuses and tells that he came here to make his identity and left his 30 years old life. Rahul praises Alia and tells that she will make your life. Sarangdhar refuses and asks if Alia came to offer him a job. Rahul says no. Sarangdhar goes. Alia calls Rahul and asks if Sarangdhar agrees. Rahul says he said he will think and tell. Alia comes infront of him and scolds him for lying and tells that Sarangdhar is right that everyone is scared of her. She asks him to produce the bill for reimbursement. Rahul thinks what will happen now?

Alia comes to Sarangdhar’s home and sees him fighting to fetch water. Sarangdhar sees her while she is going and calls her. They ask if she is his girlfriend? Sarangdhar tells that he knows only one girl with curly hairs. Alia turns to him and asks him to meet her in the office. Sarangdhar stops her. Alia tells that she came to offer him a job. He tells that he has refused when Rahul offered him and don’t want to work as she didn’t even thank him for helping her for the last night.

Alia thanks him for helping her with Mr. Poonawala. Ramesh asks Sarangdhar to take Alia inside and talk. Sarangdhar fetches water and takes Alia to his room. He introduces her to Gurpal. Alia gives him revised offer and tells that you will get 25 percent more salary than the other writers. Ramesh and others stand outside and asks him to accept with 50 percent more salary. Sarangdhar tells her that the matter is about his self respect. Alia recalls everything and says sorry. Sarangdhar asks if you will not get angry on me? Alia says no. Sarangdhar asks her not to get angry on others too. Alia agrees and asks him to accept the offer letter. Sarangdhar accepts it and gets teary eyes, thanking his mother. Ramesh and others come there and hug him. Alia looks on surprised. Sarangdhar thanks Alia.

Sarangdhar tells that when he sleeps, he finds his dreams on the roof swimming and thanks her holding her hand. He tells that today Brij Mohan will know and calls his mother. He tells her that he has become a writer and asks her to talk to Alia, his boss. Alia is surprised and says hi aunty. Kamleshwari blesses her and thanks her. Sarangdhar asks Ramesh to tell everyone. Alia comes to Rabia and sits. Rabia asks didn’t you come out of shock and tells that someone refused you for the job. Alia tells that she has hired him. Rabia tells that she is going out after 10 days, and tells that if her assistant don’t find any donor within this time, then they have to wait for next month. Alia says no and gets nervous. Rabia says may be your assistant will find a donor soon.

Precap: Rahul informs Alia about the donor. Alia is happy that she got the perfect donor and approves him. Later Rahul sees Alia with Sarangdhar and sees her smiling with him.
