SHIVAYE’S POV
It had been one week since Anika came , she have easily got along with everyone . We didn’t went anywhere after the ‘ride’ day . It was a beautiful day filled with amazing memories . Everytime I think about it a smile appears in my face . It was after so long that I was having a hearty laugh , i was almost going to die after seeing her . You should have seen her cursing me all the time , it was so cute and her laugh was like music to my ears . Omg , I don’t why I am being so cheesy ! Well , she is my friend and yeah she is my bestfriend .
I was in kitchen preparing dinner , I don’t know what got into me that I felt like all of sudden to cook. It is only when I’m so happy that I enter kitchen or else with Omru – it is named by Anika for both of them , isn’t it hilarious ?
“Shivaye” I heard my name being called from her which was amazing to hear . My name hearing from her is perfect . God , this is so embarrassing . Anika was standing there leaning in the doorframe with a confused expression . She is wearing a simple white salwar for the night , damn she is so beautiful that I didn’t realise that she was saying something while I was busy staring at her .
“Did you say something , Anika ?” I asked her trying to focus on my cooking . “Where is everyone” she asked me quietly looking around . I forgot that I’m alone with her at home , how can we be alone like we are two !
“What the wuck Shivaye ! Get some grip on yourself” I said to myself in my mind . I looked at Anika who is looking at me with wide eyes maybe she is thinking where I have come from !
“No one is at home , except me and you . Dadi , badema and mom went to a relatives house and I know you may know it ” every year they use to visit there and will return only after 2-3 days . ” Rudra went to his friend’s home and they are partying that finally this semester is over” this whole week he was grounded and today he was like a bird who got freedom after being caged for years , no one will have any idea when he will return and how much party he will have to attend . ” Om is staying in his Art gallery , there is room for him and tomorrow morning he will be leaving to Kerala for a Art exhibition and will return after 2 days” . Art gallery was like a second home for Om . Whenever badema and Badepa have a fight he stays the night over there . He was the one who suffered so much from their weak relationship . Rudra and Priyanku was taken care of by me and Om . Anika knew all this things as she had easily mingled with Om that he told his secrets and past to her . Whenever she didn’t have anything to do she would be sitting by his side looking at the canvas Om is painting or else she would go shopping with Tia . Talking of her ” Tia left to her home because she received a message from her mom that she is sick” Mom was this time upset with Tia because she was never at my house and will always excuse she want to meet a friend , god know who is it . I sighed and looked at who Anika asked in return ” what are we two going to do for two days?” .
“Nothing” I replied casually to which she groaned ” you are so boring , Shivaye” I have to admit I am because I never had the time to have fun in between work and family . I thought she was going to keep on telling I am boring but she switched the topic soon ” seriously you too know to cook ” her eyes wide and “yeah , I love cooking and the only thing I do after business , why?” I aksed her when she mutters ” why do every men related to me knows to cook , my dad is a awesome chef , sahil is learning to cook now being with my dad and you then here I’m who don’t even have the slightest idea about it” she rolled her eyes and I chuckled .
The dinner was ready and I plated . ” Steak and pasta ? ” She asked raising her eyebrow and then she inhaled it , damn she is so pretty ” mahn , this is so awesome I can’t wait to eat it . You are really good at it aren’t you ?” She said and I was so happy that she liked it . ” Who stopped you , let’s start” I laughed while she started eating , I can say that she liked it so much . ” It’s delicious Shivaye , I loved it” she exclaimed and I don’t know it felt like the best compliment I have ever received .

We started chatting and the start was about our deal which is proceeding now then changed asking my favourite questions and I did ask her in return , from our beautiful memories to embarrassing moment . I was so comfortable with her and from all our talk I know that she is different .
I wanted to ask her about Rohit but I knew it was a personal question and I thought when she is ready she would tell herself.
I was sad when it was time to go to bed , I thought even changing the time in clock ! She bid goodbye and went to her room . I had some work to do and finishing it I made my way to my room . From the day that Anika had arrived everyday was beautiful and thinking about her I drift to a deep slumber .
