SHOT 2
XYZ Hospital:(1am)
Swara entered inside the hospital breathing heavily as she came running. She ask reception about recent heart attract case and she was informed that the patient is in ICU. She went to waiting area where she saw her baba sitting on chair beside him was Mr sharma(gododia’s neighbour) and Mrs sharma was carrying the baby and moving here and there as trying to make baby sleep and the baby is avni.
Swara came to her baba
Swara:how is di now?
Shekar:u came swara.she is critical, doctors are trying.
Swara’s eyes were filled with tears.
Swara: how all of sudden this happened yesterday she was fine.
Shekar: she was fine in morning then she said that she was feeling pain in her chest then at night I saw her lying in kitchen.With the help of sharma Ji we came to hospital and doctors told its major heart attract. (Crying).
Swara consoled him and then looked at avni.she went to mrs sharma and said
Swara: let me have her aunty.
Mrs sharma: sure beta.
Swara took avni and she slept.
After sometimes doctor came.
Shekar: how is she now?
Doctor: I m sorry we can’t save her.she is no more.
Shekar sat on chair and cried bcoz he lost her daughter.swara was also crying.She looked at avni who was sleeping peacefully in swara’s lap totally unaware that she is orphan now.
Swara (thinks): what is the fault of this innocent soul who became orphan at the tender age of 4 months.No no I can’t let avni’s life to be ruined if di is not there then what happen I m there na.
Later all came to gododia house and it was almost morning.swara made avni sleep on room whereas shekar arranged for death ceremony.
Maheshwari house:
Sanskar came down in hall shouting Swara’s name
Sanskar: swara Swara. (Frustrated).
Sujata: what happen Sanskar?
Sanskar: mom where is Swara.?
Sujata: I don’t know I had not seen her since morning.
Then Sanskar remembered about last night when she asked him to come to hospital.
Sanskar: I think she went to hospital she was saying.
Sujata: let her go whereever she wants to go at last she have to come here only.
Sanskar: yea leave it I m going to office.
Sanskar left for office.
Gododia house(afternoon):
After the death ceremony of kamla everyone left.Only swara,shekar and avni was there.shekar had many questions about sanskar so he asked to swara
Shekar: swara tell me truth is something wrong between u and Sanskar.
Swara(cover): no baba nothing like that.
Shekar: do u think I don’t understand I m your father.I had observed he had not even called u once since u r here and who send his wife alone at mid night.
Swara: he is busy..
Shekar (cut her): don’t give lame excuses I m not child.
Swara’ s eyes were filled with tears.she can’t hide her pain more.she hugged shekar tightly and started crying.
Shekar(worried): what happen swara?
Swara: I don’t want to go to that house baba.
Shekar make her normal and console her.then she told how Sanskar and sujata had misbehaved with her.Even she told how they wrongly blame her for not conceiving.
Shekar’s turn red in anger.He slapped swara tightly.
Swara got shocked and looked at him.
Shekar: this is for hiding all this from me and acting as coward. This is what I taught u that don’t take stand for yourself.
Swara: baba..
Shekar: u know as much is Sanskar wrong that much is you.He did wrong but what u did just sit and bear.U can’t be my swara who can’t even protect herself.
Swara(crying ): I m sorry baba I thought u will worry and I don’t know why I m afraid from them.
Shekar hugged and consoled her.After crying for long time she became normal.
Shekar: u will never go to that house again.
Swara nodded.
Shekar(making swara understand): do u remembered swara when u was in college a boy misbehaved with you and what u did, beat him in front of whole college. Where is that swara how can she turn like this.
Swara: I don’t know baba why I m afraid of them.
Shekar: its OK. Swara if u will get afraid then they will scare u more.so u have to act strongly.and trust me they will not do anything I m there na.
Swara gained courage to fight for herself.
Swara: u r right baba I won’t let them rule over me.I m not that coward and I promise I will act strongly.
Shekar: that’s like my daughter so now when u will confront sanskar he should be shocked to see new bold swara.
Swara(smiles): yes baba even I will also show them what I can do.
Shekar: good.
Swara: baba I had decided something.
Shekar: what beta.
Swara: (looking at avni): I want to adopt avni.
Shekar: really.
Swara: yes baba I can’t leave her alone and how much u can take care of her.even she needs a mother.
Shekar: I m proud of u swara and happly also.
Swara smiles. Then they spend time with each other.
Evening (6pm)
Maheshwari house:
Sanskar came inside and saw sujata in hall.
Sanskar: mom swara came?
Sujata: no Sanskar this girl has no shame at all.
Sanskar (angry):I will bring her.
Sujata: but where u will find her?
Sanskar:mom she will be at her father’s house where else she will go.
Sanskar left and sujata curses swara.
Gododia house:
The door bell of the house rang and shekar went to open the door. Swara is in room with avni.
Shekar opened the door and saw Sanskar standing there with annoyed face.
Shekar: yes what you want?
Sanskar : (straight forwardly)where is my wife?
Shekar: she is not here find wherever u can.
Sanskar(angrily): I know she is here so stop hiding.
Shekar: I said she is not….
Swara: (cut shekar): I m here only.
She said standing in hall.sanskar find something change in but what? ofcouse her attitude.
Sanskar entered inside taking side from shekar.
Sanskar (angry): what the hell is this swara.how can u stay here without informing. Don’t u Have sense that u should be at your house.
Shekar: this is her house and don’t shout at her.
Sanskar: I m talking to my wife so don’t interfere.
Shekar was about to speak but swara said
Swara: baba plz go ,avni is alone.
Shekar:but beta
Swara: plz baba unfortunately he is my husband so let me talk.
Sanskar shocked listening her.
Shekar left.
Sanskar: come let’s go to our house.
Swara: I m not coming(full of attitude tone) (said crossing her arms near her chest).
Sanskar: what? And how u r speaking to me. Change your tone.
Swara: I will speak like this only if u want to listen then ok otherwise door is open.
Sanskar: u know what will be the consequence of what u r going.
Swara(carelessly): I don’t care.
Sanskar (held her wrist): I will tell you first let’s go.(angry).
Swara: leave my hand Sanskar.
But sanskar didn’t left her hand.
Swara(angrily jerked his hand): don’t u listen I said I will not come then why r u forcing me.
Sanskar: for how much time your father will bear you.? At last u will have to come to me only.
Swara: u don’t worry about me think about yourself how u and your mother is going to manage without servant of your house .
Sanskar: shut up Swara
Swara: u have to listen Mr maheshwari bcoz this is only truth.
Sanskar: ok fine I m asking last time u r coming or not?
Swara: no(sternly)
Sanskar: then ok even I don’t want you but remember one thing if u will not come now then never come to my house.
Swara: don’t worry I will never come to that living hell.
Sanskar angrily left.
Swara went to room and hugged Shekar. She was shivering and crying .
Shekar knew this will happen as she first time spoke like this as he was also listening to them.he consoled her
Shekar: swara beta nothing happened.
Swara: baba I did right?
Shekar: yes dear u have to be brave like this only.
After talking for sometimes they slept.
Maheshwari house:
Sanskar entered angrily inside.sujata saw him and ran to him
Sujata: what happen where is swara I won’t leave her today.
Sanskar: she didn’t came.
Sujata: what but why?
Sanskar: ask from her only why r u asking me(said angrily).
Sanskar left to his room whereas sujata stood confused.
Swasan room:
Sanskar entered inside and opened the cupboard to take clothes when swara’s pillow and blanket fall.He got angry seeing it as he know that he did wrong but don’t want to accept so he throw them angrily on floor.He was feeling restless but was not understanding why bcoz according to him swara’s presence or absence never effect but it do but he will not accept it.
Next morning:
Gododia house:
Swara was boiling milk for avni in kitchen when door bell rang.Shekar who was reading newspaper opened the door and saw a beautiful girl standing on door.
Shekar: come kavya beta.
Kavya: how r u uncle?
Shekar: I m fine .have seat.
Swara came with milk bottle and put the bottle in avni’s mouth who was in cradle.
Swara looked at kavya and got confused. Shekar saw swara confused.
Shekar: swara come here.(she came) meet her she is kavya khanna, my friends daughter and kavya she is my daughter swara whose case u have to handle.
Swara: hello
Kavya: hi
Swara sit there and asked
Swara: baba which case?
Shekar: your and sanskar’s divorce. Kavya is well known lawyer who mostly take cases of girls whose who r suffering after marriage.
Kavya smiles
Swara was shocked listening about divorce.
Swara: but baba u didn’t told me
Shekar: I know beta u need time but I don’t want your any relation with that man.trust me everything will be fine.
Swara: I trust u baba.
Kavya: so swara it means u r ready for divorce.
Swara remembered her worst 3 years in that house.Her eyes got filled with tears.
Swara: yes.
Kavya: ok then do tell me reasons why u want divorce u know we will show in court so it will help you.
Swara don’t said anything.kavya understand her hesitation and said
Kavya: see swara u should tell me ok i will ask you u somethings just answer me in yes or no
Swara nodded
Kavya: did your in laws do domestic violence?
Swara:yes to some extend.
Shekar closed his fist angrily.
Kavya: your husband force you ?
Swara really don’t know whether to say yes or no but she gathered courage and said
Swara: yes.
Kavya: ok I will put these points in court but is there any other reason which may be helpful to u.
Swara thought it is right time to tell that sanskar can’t be father.
Swara: my husband can’t be father but my in laws put the Blame on me.
Shekar got shocked bcoz even he thinks that Swara can’t be mother.
Shekar: Swara?
Swara:yes baba.
Kavya: that’s really good point but tell me about doctor who can give me proof.
Swara told her about hospital.
Kavya: ok fine Swara don’t worry I will send notice to Sanskar today only.and all the best .
Swara: thank you.
Shekar left her till door.

Sorry as swasan scenes were not there but it was needed for story.
