The Episode starts with Kainat saying Zainab has gone for pilgrimage. FB shows… Kainat gets a letter and shows to Zaroon. She says a kid at Dargah has given this to me. Zaroon reads the letter. Ghazala says she told me once that she would go. Kainat recalls writing the letter. FB ends. Dr. Sharma says sorry Zaroon, you can check the MRI report if you want. Zaroon reads declared brain dead. He gets shocked. Kainat smiles and acts to cry. Dr. Sharma says she can bear pain but can’t express, its like a torture to keep her on machine, her breath will run but she won’t survive, I want to say, we should switch off the machine, its good for Kainat, she will get peace, sorry we have no way. Everyone cries. Dr. Sharma says think well and tell me, Kainat’s pain is growing with every moment.
Ghazala says how can we decide this when Zainab isn’t here. Mamoon says Dr. Sharma said there is no hope now. Kainat smiles and thinks my wish is getting fulfilled now, Saltanat is going to get a farewell by Zaroon. Nadim sees Saltanat and Kainat’s paintings. He recalls Kainat’s words. Mamoon comes and says sorry, have tea. Nadim says Kainat used to stay silent, she had no demands or complains. Mamoon says I understand, even I m a dad. Nadim says Kainat’s life should have not been so bad, she didn’t deserve a bad dad like Naved, I feel we all lost.

Rubina makes Saltanat wear the dupatta. She cries. Kainat acts. Zaroon recalls Kainat. He goes to remove the oxygen mask. Zainab hits the wall and cries.
