The Episode starts with Zaroon asking were you stuck inside the waters, your phone was off, you went to friend’s house and then met me at venue, why. Saltanat recalls Zainab’s words. Zainab says I really want the culprit to get caught, but everyone will worry knowing about this incident. He asks how did water fill in your lungs. He says I was outside and it was raining. He says but this didn’t happen with me. She says I m unwell and you are playing this quiz. He apologizes.
She says this time I m convinced easily. She thinks sorry, I don’t want to trouble you much. She kisses him. She doesn’t let him kiss her. They smile. He says we will go from here and manage some how. Nilam says we can call Zaroon and Saltanat here, where will they go. Dadi says no need to do this, don’t
Zaroon comes to Saltanat and sees her sleeping. He sits near her. He takes care of her. He smiles and recalls their moments. She wakes up and sees him. She jokes. They laugh. He asks are you fine, I got some clothes and medicines, change. Sufiyana….plays…. The pregnant lady in the same general ward gets labor pain. Zaroon rushes to call the doctor for her. Doctor comes to check the lady. Nurse says we need blood for her, her blood group isn’t available. Zaroon says let me donate my blood, my blood group is same. Nurse asks do you have any illness. He says no. Zaroon donates the blood. Saltanat asks the lady not to worry, she will get fine, why is she alone, where is her husband.
The lady says my husband is a driver, he went to Vaishnodevi, he will come tomorrow, we need money to run the house, I didn’t wish to trouble him. Saltanat says its fine, everything will be fine. Zaroon comes back. Saltanat asks him if he is fine. Saltanat stops him from romancing. She thanks him for his help towards that lady. He says thanks is told to strangers, not dear ones. She asks where will we go once I get discharged tomorrow, we have no money. He asks her not to worry.
Its morning, Zaroon helps Saltanat get ready. She asks did you really think I m pregnant. He smiles and says our journey is based on trust, I trust you, I will never doubt you. She smiles. She says you are lovely and speak more lovely things. He asks really. He says its still aching in my hand. Zaroon and Saltanat get leaving. He asks her not to worry, they will manage some how. Rubina, Zainab and Ghazala come to meet them at the hospital. Ghazala misses to see them. Zaroon hears them and asks did you hear anything. Saltanat says yes, your heart beat, come with me. Nurse says Saltanat got discharged. Ghazala asks is Saltanat pregnant. Nurse says sorry, we don’t tell anyone about patients.
Saltanat says we will figure out what to do. Ghazala tries to call Zaroon. She doesn’t see him and passes by. Zaroon asks Saltanat not to worry. The lady stops them and introduces her husband Akshay. She says sorry, I heard you two talking, you have no place to stay, you have to come with us, you can stay there peacefully. Zaroon says no, we will manage. The lady insists them and takes them along. Sabina and Kainat look on. Sabina says they are going, what shall we do now. Kainat says we will follow them.
