The Episode starts with Phoolmati telling Rekha that she is like her sister now. Rekha gives her lipstick. Phoolmati says Madan is like her brother now. Madan says even he respects her a lot. They are sure of victory. They come to the Panchayat next day. Sarpanch asks Bindiya if has earned 600 Rs. Bindiya says she has earned 690 Rs. Sarpanch counts the money and says Bindiya has collected more money than required. . He says she has not lost the challenge. Everyone appreciates Bindiya and claps for her. Sarpanch says time has come to tell the verdict. Madan asks Sarpanch ji to ask her, how she has earned this. He says time has come to know the truth and asks him to ask Bindiya from where she got it. Bindiya says she has made the list of how she earned. She begins to read it. Phoolmati and Rekha ask her to
Madan asks Jeweller to say. The jeweller tells that Payal had come and I gave her 1000 Rs for chain. Madan asks if everyone heard this and says she has mortgaged my sister’s last memory. The villager says it is wrong to sell the chain. Phoolmati says one day Bindiya will sell herself. Madan asks Sarpanch to give his verdict. Bindiya says she has earned money herself and recalls Payal giving her money and telling her everything, but Bindiya saying that the victory shall be possible with hardwork. Bindiya asks the jeweller to tell them truth. The jeweller says Bindiya had come and took back her mother’s chain after returning the money. Phoolmati threatens the jeweller and holds his neck. Bindiya shows the chain to everyone. She tells that she has rectified their mistake immediately. Dadi says you can’t ignore her day and night’s hardwork. Phoolmati takes Madan to side and accuse him. Madan says you didn’t see Bindiya coming back to get the chain.
Master ji asks Bindiya to concentrate on school. Bindiya says yes. Madan gets an idea and comes there again. He asks Sarpanch to stop. He says everyone saw Bindiya’s hardwork, but didn’t see her sacrifice. He says she has sacrificed her studies for 3 days, and says what about all the life. Phoolmati appreciates her plan. Madan says I don’t think that Bindiya will study to run her house and asks if she will leave studies. Dadi asks have you gone mad? Phoolmati says it is illegal for a child to work and asks if Bindiya will leave studies. The lady says Bindiya can’t handle work and studies. Bindiya says if my school is becoming reason of my family separation then I will never go to school. Dadi says you can’t leave school. Bindiya requests Sarpanch ji to give his verdict and says she has fulfilled the challenge and is ready to leave her studies. Sarpanch says his heart is not willing to let her leave studies. Bindiya requests him not to separate them and says we will never be happy if you separate us. Sarpanch says the law says that we have to educate the daughter. Payal asks Bindiya to ask Ambe Maa to save them from Mama and Mami. Madan tells Sarpanch that he is like the judge who is blinded by the black cloth. He is taking Bindiya and Payal with him forcibly. Bindiya runs to Sarpanch and says she will study in night and work in day time. Rekha says she got two Servants.
Phoolmati asks Madan to take them. Madan is taking them. Master ji offers to teach Bindiya and tells that he has seen how they have suffered and that’s why he is ready to take up Bindiya’s studies responsibility. His wife tries to stop him. Master ji still insists. Sarpanch tells that the relatives haven’t come when Shyam and Lajwanti died, that time they needed them most. He gives his verdict that Bindiya will study and will work for her family also. He says there is no need to separate them from their Dadi and home. Madan grabs Sarpanch’s collar and asks who made you Sarpanch. Sarpanch asks him to leave else he will be thrown out. Phoolmati curses Bindiya and Payal.
Precap: Inspector comes there. Phoolmati tells that Madan is their Kans mama. Payal asks him to arrest them. Inspector arrests them. Bindiya, Payal and Dadi get happy.
