The Episode starts with Doctor asking Nurse to wind up and come. Krish asks Payal from where, she has brought this doctor. Baldev tells that Chhat puja will be completed after 3 days and tells that insulting her fast or her, is like insulting chhati maiyya, so we have to respect her. Payal says how to give respect to the fraud and liar. Bindiya asks her to tell why you got worried and said, Mummy ji I will tell you the truth when Doctor said. Rose says OMG. Bindiya asks what you was going to say. Nidhi thinks how to save her. Indu asks Payal to say. Bindiya says it seems like Payal was about to confess the truth. Sakshi says she agrees with Bindiya and asks her to say. Indu asks her to say. Payal says I…Nidhi says I will say and holds Payal’s hands. Payal thinks she might tell the truth. Nidhi says

Payal goes to her room. Dadi says we will leave now and will come for puja tomorrow. Tulsi tells Bindiya that she is leaving. Bindiya asks her to take care. Tulsi says even now. They leave.

Baldev gets a call and tells that he has to go to Lucknow now itself, as the contractors have created a mess. Krish says I will come with you. Indu asks Krish not to go, and tells that Payal needs him. Sakshi asks Vikram to go, but Vikram refuses and tells that he has to attend the party. Pankaj says I will come. Nidhi tells Payal that she will abort the child and tells that when Pankaj and I couldn’t become good partners, then how we will become good parents. She tells that she will abort the child. Payal says you know that Bindiya is doing fake pregnancy drama and asks her not to get the abortion right now. Pankaj hears and asks about abortion. Payal changes the words and tells that she was telling Nidhi that she will bring cot for the baby. Pankaj tells Nidhi that he is going with Papa ji to Lucknow. Nidhi asks why you are telling me. Nidhi says she will not listen and asks her to leave her hand. Nidhi slips and falls down from the stairs. Bindiya runs to her and makes her get up. Indu, Vikram and Sakshi go to her. They make Nidhi sit. Bindiya tells Krish that they shall take Nidhi to hospital, as the matter is about her baby. Payal argues with Bindiya and says Nidhi is not pregnant. Indu asks if you both are real sisters. Payal says yes. Indu says nobody shall get sisters like you both. Bindiya says Nidhi shall be taken to hospital even if she is not pregnant. Payal tells Nidhi that she will come with her to doctor. Nidhi says she don’t want to go, and scolds Bindiya and insults her. Krish also insults Bindiya. Payal tells Nidhi that if she is feeling pain then they can go to doctor. Nidhi says she don’t want to go to doctor and asks her to go. Payal goes. Bindiya prays to Chhati Maiyya for Tulsi and Nidhi’s baby. Nidhi visits Doctor. Doctor checks the report and says baby is fine, nothing happened to the baby due to her fall. Nidhi says she want to abort the baby.

Precap: Nobody comes for puja. Dadi asks Bindiya to open her fast, but she refuses.
