The Episode starts with Nidhi asking Bindiya to get lost, and says it was enough. Bindiya says Nidhi didi, you don’t have the heart, but listen to whom, who has the heart, whom you are going to kill. She asks Pankaj to come. Nidhi looks on and recalls hearing the baby’s heart beat. Dadi, Rose and Phoolmati come to the hospital. Dadi asks about Indu. Krish says she is fine. They ask about Bindiya. Krish says she is not here. Rose says she ran behind your car. Dadi says she is fasting since 2 days and didn’t have anything. Krish says I will search her and asks Rose to give medicines to his mother. Bindiya tells Pankaj that she hopes that reverse psychology will change Nidhi’s decision. Sakshi posts Indu’s photo on social media to increase her followers. Vikram asks when did you click this photo.
Doctor asks other doctor to give Anesthesia. Nidhi closes her eyes and sees Bindiya as Doctor, and asking if she is fine to take her baby’s life. Other Bindiya says she is stone hearted and that’s why doing this. The third Bindiya gives baby in her hands. Nidhi hugs the baby. The baby keeps quiet. Nidhi asks why the baby is quiet. Bindiya says the baby is dead, you have killed her. Nidhi shouts No. She sees Doctors and Nurse standing instead of Bindiya.
Payal tells that she is feeling thirsty. Indu says Sakshi will bring water and juice for Payal. Rose and Phoolmati ask her to bring juice with ice. Sakshi says her bad nightmare of becoming Servant is fulfilled. Krish calls Bindiya. Bindiya tells Pankaj, what shall I tell him. She picks his call and says I am fine. She asks him to ask him not to worry. He asks where are you? Bindiya says she came to help someone. Krish asks how can you help anyone being hungry. Just then Nidhi comes out and calls Pankaj. Bindiya hears her. Krish hears the ward boys talking and rushing patient to OT no 2 and realizes Bindiya is in the same hospital with Nidhi and Pankaj. Nidhi hugs Pankaj and says it is good that he has stopped her from doing wrong. Pankaj says you shall thank Bindiya for opening your eyes and for doing Chhat puja since 2 days for our baby. Nidhi hugs Bindiya. Baldev comes there and asks what happened?
Payal tells Indu that she will go out and come. Pankaj tells Baldev that he is going to be Nana, as Nidhi didn’t abort the child. Baldev gets happy and emotional. Nidhi hugs him and asks if he had known about her pregnancy. Baldev says yes. Bindiya says nobody’s bad sight shall fall on them. Nidhi thanks Bindiya and regrets for doing wrong with her before. Bindiya asks her to enjoy the moment and don’t cry, else the baby will have a cry face. Pankaj tells that the baby will have a laughing face like him. Bindiya says surely. Nidhi says I have done wrong with you always, and says I want to rectify my mistake and will tell everyone that she is not pregnant, but I am pregnant. Baldev says Payal has crossed all limits and says her drama shall be ended. Bindiya stops Nidhi and tells Baldev that Payal has played all conspiracies cleverly, and says she will do something to become good in Indu and Krishna ji’s sight. She tells that they shall wait for the right time to expose her, with perfect planning. Baldev says yes. Nidhi hugs her.
Bindiya says I got your support, I can’t lose. Krish comes there and says what is happening here? He tells Baldev that he thought that he has went to pay the bill. He asks Bindiya whom she was helping. Baldev says she was helping Nidhi and called me. Pankaj asks Krish to relax and says she had ladies problem. Payal sees them from far, and thinks how they can be friends. Baldev tells Krish that they shall go else Indu will think that they have left her. Payal tries to go, when she slips. Krish and Bindiya hear her and look back but doesn’t see her. Payal thinks something happened between Bindiya and Nidhi.
Nidhi comes to Indu and cries seeing her on the bed. Vikram asks what happened to you Nidhi. Pankaj asks her to be fine soon and tells that soon she will become grand mother. Indu says she is waiting for her babu’s son. Baldev says yes.
