The Episode starts with Bindiya coming out and thinking to inform Payal about her phone. She finds her phone switched off. Payal had switched off Bindiya’s phone. Bindiya finds missed calls and calls lawyer. Lawyer asks her to come to court for special hearing. She reaches court. Judge tells that Chopra took special permission for the case hearing. Chopra tells that he wants to prove that Bindiya has forcefully trapped Krishna. He shows her Bindiya’s photos with the guy. Payal recalls making planning with Chopra, when the latter wants to leave the case when Krish refuses to defame Bindiya to win the case. Payal asks him to say what to do? He tells her something. Judge looks at the photos and looks shocked. Bindiya’s lawyer asks what Chopra is showing her. Lawyer asks Bindiya if she has idea what
Indu says the mess shall be cleared today. Baldev calls Krish, but he doesn’t pick the call. Vikram says case proceedings must be happening. Sakshi asks what Chopra got that he kept this special hearing? Nidhi says that’s why divorce is happening. Baldev says there is nothing wrong in Bindiya. He says he will go. Pankaj says he will also go. Chopra tells that bindiya has many lovers, as she is rich, young and beautiful. Bindiya asks him to stop it and tells Judge that it is all fake.
Chopra asks her not to say white lie infront of Judge. Bindiya says you are doing it. Chopra says Bindiya wants to tie Krishna all life, for his money. He says which woman wants to be in a relationship where her husband loves her sister and not her. The people comment that this is truth, Bindiya is doing this for money. The people must hired by Payal and Chopra. Bindiya’s lawyer tells Chopra that he will not get anything by framing his client and accusing him. Chopra tells that Bindiya has given 5 lakhs to her old lover. Krish recalls meeting Payal (Payal goes to Krish after fooling Bindiya) in the car and tells him that Bindiya mortgaged the farm and came here to give someone. Krish asks why? Payal says I don’t understand what she will do with it, if she will use it against us. Krish says no and asks where is she? Payal says she followed her and came here, and felt scared so came here. Krish says Chopra took special permission from Judge and says they will get rid of her today itself. Payal says I know. Fb ends.
Bindiya tells Judge that she will tell the truth. Chopra says not you, but my witness will say now. Baldev and Pankaj come there. Baldev thinks it seems something wrong has happened here. The witness talk ill about Bindiya and praise Chopra. The guy who had collided with Bindiya, comes there as witness. Bindiya is shocked to see him there. Chopra says he is the witness and asks him to tell the truth. The guy says Bindiya and I have an affair, and says she gave me money and asked me to go very far from here, and said that she wants to end this relationship. Chopra asks you broke years long relationship for 5 lakhs Rs. The guy says he loves her truly and even she loves him, and that’s why he didn’t force her, but he is broken since she said this.
The people again say humiliating comments. Payal smiles. The guy shows the bag in court and says he don’t want 5 lakhs Rs, but wants his Bindiya. Baldev gets angry, but Pankaj stops him. The guy tells that the Shukla family bahu is shameless and characterless. Other lady tells that she is a stain on womanhood. The lawyer tells Bindiya that she didn’t pick the call and didn’t inform him about this. He says you have to stand for yourself. Bindiya tells that she don’t know who has taken this photo, and don’t know this guy. She says she met the goon who asked 5 lakhs Rs from Payal and I collided there with this guy. Payal asks her not to trap her in her lie. Bindiya is shocked.
