The Episode starts with Rags and everyone meeting Yuvani in hospital. Yuvani got bit hurt. Pratima and Bhavna ask about Suhani and Yuvraaj. Yuvraaj comes and says I m fine. He asks Yuvani where is your mumma. Suhani comes. Yuvani hugs her. Bhavna asks how did this happen. Yuvaan stops the car seeing Krishna. She cries and hugs him. He asks how did you get hurt. She says Saiyyam…. He gets angry. He hugs her and consoles. Suhani sees Saiyyam getting treated by doctor. Yuvani tells Suhani that Saiyyam’s phone is ringing, what shall I tell his family that Saiyyam is in ICU. Bhavna checks phone and says who is this Soundarya, we will return his phone when he gets conscious, and switch it off now.
Sharad asks Yuvraaj did Saiyyam know brakes are fail. Suhani says no, he can’t try
Yuvaan ruins Saiyyam’s room angrily. Krishna asks him to stop. Servant comes and stops him. Yuvaan says how dare Saiyyam hurt Krishna. Servant says everyone is worried, they all went to hospital, an accident happened. Yuvaan and Krishna get shocked.
Suhani gives blood to Saiyyam. Yuvraaj looks on and signs Suhani to be strong, he is with her. He makes a heart on the glass and makes her smile. Yuvani comes there. She asks what are you doing here. Yuvraaj says I came to see, does Saiyyam need more blood, I know some people. Yuvani says thanks, we already have one sacrificing person. Yuvraaj asks Pratima how did Yuvani become. Pratima says karela juice. Yuvraaj says yes, more bitter than that. Pratima says I m not saying about Suhani, get karela juice for her. Sharad says it will increase blood. Bhavna asks will Suhani drink it. Pratima says I will make her drink.
Doctor tells Suhani that maybe Saiyyam was born milk, such kids need blood even after birth. Suhani recalls her child, who needed blood after birth. FB shows…. Pratima asks Suhani to give blood to save the child. Suhani says fine, then I will not see his face. FB ends. Suhani recalls her child’s birthmark on his nose and sees Saiyyam. She gets shocked seeing same mark on Saiyyam’s nose. She gets shaken up and cries realizing Saiyyam is her son.
Suhani rushes home and goes to Saiyyam’s room. She sees the room messed up. She checks cupboard for something. She gets a photo frame and checks it. She gets shocked seeing Sambhav’s pic. Krishna comes there and asks her to see Yuvaan.
Yuvaan dresses as wardboy and goes to see Saiyyam. He sees family and thinks to be careful. Yuvraaj collides with him and apologizes. Yuvaan enters the ward. He takes a pillow to suffocate Saiyyam. Saiyyam gets conscious and struggles. Suhani and Krishna come hospital. Suhani looks worried. Sharad asks Suhani why is she crying. Bhavna asks did anyone say something. Pratima asks her to say, I m getting scared, tell me. Suhani says Saiyyam is my son. Yuvraaj, Pratima, Sharad, Bhavna and Krishna get shocked.
Saiyyam moves Yuvaan away and shouts Maa. Yuvaan tries to kill him. Everyone rush inside the ward and see Yuvaan. Suhani asks Yuvaan to leave Saiyyam. Yuvaan asks why shall I leave him, he tried to kill you and Yuvani, he has thrown Krishna out of running car, he has taken over our house, I will kill him. Suhani cries and says you can’t hurt him. Yuvaan asks why. Suhani says because he is my……. Saiyyam says because I m not legitimate child like you, whose family loves him, who supports him, I m illegitimate child, with whom world fights, but does not accept, I m Suhani Birla’s illegitimate son. Yuvaan and Yuvani get shocked, and see Suhani. Suhani cries.

Yuvani slaps Saiyyam and says he has failed our car brakes. Pratima stops Yuvaan and says Saiyyam is Suhani’s son.
