Devika plans to hire Gulshan to track down Teerth, who has mysteriously disappeared without informing anyone. Meanwhile, Suman’s car gets punctured while she’s driving, leaving her stranded as Rishi hides in fear of being caught. In another scene, Teerth is ambushed by goons hired by Vikram, who attacks him out of revenge, causing severe injuries. Reva, also hiding, prays for her uncle’s safety.Suman, feeling helpless, struggles to get Teerth to the hospital.
In a desperate attempt, she drives him herself, and once there, she urgently requests treatment. Meanwhile, Rishi and Reva are emotionally shaken by the violence, with Rishi crying as Reva tries to comfort him. Their plan to bring Suman and Teerth closer backfires.As Suman enters the hospital lift with Teerth, the power goes out, trapping them. They try to call for help, but no one responds, and it takes some time before people manage to free them.
Suman, trying to keep Teerth awake, struggles as he loses consciousness.Reva calls Geetanjali Devi to explain the situation, which shocks the family. Akhil demands to know who is behind this attack, and just as Reva is about to reveal Vikram’s involvement, he overhears the conversation.
Fearing exposure, Vikram knows he must regain control over Reva and prevent Suman from misunderstanding him.Finally, a doctor offers Suman instructions to administer first aid, but despite her efforts, Teerth continues to lose consciousness, leaving Suman unable to prevent his decline.
