The episode starts with Suman feels extremely helpless when no one come to help her to take her husband to the hospital. On the other hand a crooked man tries to attack Bhoomi when she was standing aside. Akhil immediately comes their and protects her from all the hazards. Suman can’t understand what she will do with her husband. Keeping the head on the lap of Suman, Teerth begs his life. She tries to keep him awake but because of the deep injury, it’s impossible for him to stay strong.
Gulshan assumes the consequences of his mistake and immediately flies from there. Watching the news through the television, Devika becomes totally petrified by this unexpected mistake of Gulshan. Very soon, all the family members come to know about the accident which make them totally shocked. If anyone doubt that Devika is connected with this incident, she will be immediately ousted from this family. Gitanjali Devi totally breaks town after watching the news on the television and wants to meet her son immediately.
Suman struggles to bring Teerth in the hospital. Taking a bike, Suman immediately runs towards hospital. There are some goons who attack them and tries to stop them from going hospital.
Devika tries to pretend as if she doesn’t know anything about this incident and tries to control the overwhelming emotion of her mother in law. Soon, Hema and Malini also come to know about that accident and become totally screwless. When Hema wants to visit hospital, Malini asks her to hold the patience. Hema is asked to pray to the almighty for their children. Following the words of Malini, Hema lightens up a lamp in front of the temple.
Bhoomi can’t find her sister anywhere and Akhil also struggles to hide themselves from the clutches of those goons. She becomes emotional when they feel to contact Suman. With all the effort, Akhil protects this girl which make her emotionally dependent on him.
Suman brings the injured body of Teerth in a store room where she does find some first aid box. She decides to operate the bullet by herself from the chest of his husband. Through all her knowledge, she starts the process and asks him to keep the courage. Teerth has the complete the trust on her and asks her to start the operation. With the trembling hands, Suman slowly brings out the bullet from his body. Teerth screams in pain and Following the words of Malini, to hold the breath strongly. After the operation Suman stitches the injured area. Teerth says he has something to say to Suman.
