Suman visits the hospital room to see her husband, Teerth, and becomes deeply emotional witnessing his deteriorating condition due to family conflicts. She speaks to him despite his unresponsive state, hoping he will recover and they can rebuild their life together.
Meanwhile, Vikram is furious at Devika for attempting to kill Suman despite their agreement. Having lost all trust in her, he withdraws from their pact. However, Chandrakant arrives and convinces Vikram to continue working with them, promising that removing certain obstacles from the Mittal house will help him win Suman. Encouraged by this, Vikram once again aligns with the conspirators.
Suman remains hopeful that Teerth will recover and is determined to support him. She decides to perform a special Puja to pray for his life, and Geetanjali Devi, desperate to save her son, pleads with Suman and provides details about the ritual. Meanwhile, Devika is frustrated that instead of eliminating Suman, her plan has left Teerth injured. Though Suman warns against any further deceit, Devika is already plotting her next move.
Suman enlists Akhil’s help, knowing they must work together to protect Teerth. She also asks him to stay by Teerth’s side, fearing someone might try to harm him. Observing their efforts, Vikram, Devika, and Chandrakant conspire further. Vikram resolves to eliminate Teerth, believing he stands in the way of his love. Chandrakant assigns Devika the task of killing Suman, and she vows to act swiftly. As Suman visits the temple to pray for her husband’s life, an ominous danger looms over her.
