Devika visits Chandrakant, who is faking illness in a hospital cabin as part of a scheme to gain sympathy from the Mittal family. Their plan is to eventually create a rift between Teerth and Suman. Vikram unexpectedly discovers the truth and is attacked by Chandrakant in a fit of rage. Devika urges them to stay focused on their goal.
Suman later enters the cabin, mocks Chandrakant’s act, and leaves, only to spot Vikram coming out suspiciously. Growing doubtful, she reports Chandrakant’s deception to the police, but they refuse to act, fearing liability if his condition worsens.
Akhil tries to warn Suman about Vikram’s true nature, but she refuses to believe him. A confrontation ensues when Vikram appears, and during the scuffle, a nurse notices an injury on Vikram’s hand, revealing he injected himself with something suspicious.
Suddenly, police arrive to arrest Suman based on a false case filed by Gitanjali Devi, who was manipulated by Devika. Suman refuses to leave while her husband is unwell, but the officers insist. As she cries out for Teerth, he emerges from his cabin, defends her publicly, and vows to punish those trying to tear them apart.
After the police leave, Teerth thanks Suman for protecting his father’s secret, unaware of Chandrakant’s true nature. Though Suman tries to expose the truth, Teerth refuses to believe her, choosing to remain loyal to his father.
The episode ends.
