The Episode starts with Teerth and Suman covering burnt Rishi with the blanket, to set off the fire. Suman says I will not let anything happen to you. Rishi gives Suman’s hand in Teerth’s hand. Teerth asks what you are doing? He asks him to listen. Rishi closes his eyes. Suman shouts Rishi and cries. Teerth sits in shock. They rush Rishi to the hospital. Suman asks Doctor to save her brother and pleads infront of him. Doctor says we will do the needful. Teerth says why did you do this, Rishi and cries. Bhumi recalls Rishi’s plan and cries. Suman asks God to take my life, but save my brother. Teerth also cries and tries to pacify Suman. He says Rishi will be fine, as you are his medicine, I am his medicine, and says he will be fine and will be between us. Suman says he is in this condition because
Suman says you have risked my brother for a ticket, he regards you as God and you smashed him like an insect. She says I lost my father due to politics. She says my brother regards you more than anyone else, and what you have done. Teerth says you are misunderstanding me. Suman says my brother is fighting with life and death, and you are saying this here. She says if anything happens to him then I will kill you and burn your politics. Teerth says Rishi is like my younger brother. Suman says he is my brother, my world. Teerth says nothing will happen to him, I am with him. Suman throws hospital trolley on him and asks him to go. Hema folds his hand and asks him to go. Bhumi thinks it is not Teerth’s mistake, but my mistake.
Devika asks where is Teerth? Gitanjali says Rishi has burnt himself and Teerth took him to the hospital. Devika shouts that he shall be here. Doctor comes out and says Rishi wants to meet Suman and Neta ji Bhaiyya. Suman says I will not let Rishi meet him. Doctor says he wants to meet both, and asks them to understand, as he is 75 percent burnt. Hema asks Suman to let Teerth meet Rishi, and says may be this is his last. Suman says Maa… don’t say like this. She says nothing will happen to Rishi. Teerth asks Doctor if Rishi will be fine. Doctor says we are doctor and not God, and we will try to save him but his condition is bad, don’t waste his time and meet him.
Devika shouts at Gitanjali and asks how can you son leave my sister on mandap, if my sister and papa don’t have respect. Chandrakant asks how you are talking to your saas? Devika says I will cross all limits today. Guru asks how you are talking to Mummy and Papa. Chandrakant says you don’t care for our respect. Devika says today I don’t remember any relations, I want Teerth Mittal here, he has to marry my sister. Chandrakant says think of our respect. Devika says will not respect him, until he comes. Gajendra says my daughter is doing right and says I know that Teerth’s sight is bad, I knew that he will go behind that beggar girl. Chandrakant says he went for Rishi, who is burnt? Gajendra says Teerth aims at Sarafa girl. Kritika says Teerth has left me. Devika says I will drag him to bring him here. Akhil calls Devika and says he brought mangalsutra and is coming there. She shouts at him, asking him to bring Teerth, else she will throw him out of the house. Akhil is shocked.
Suman and Teerth go inside Rishi’s ward and cry seeing his injuries. Suman looks at his burnt hand and recalls tying rakhi to him, and telling him that every rakhi has prayers for him. Rishi shows the rakhis, which he has kept and says 22 rakhis, 22 blessings, and promises to give her such a gift on his 24th birthday which she will never forget. Rishi opens his eyes and recalls Gulshan’s words, Teerth’s words. He thinks he can’t be saved, and only Teerth can protect her now. Suman tells Rishi that he will be fine soon, they are in a big hospital and many doctors are treating him. She asks why did you do this, you are in pain. Rishi says marriage…Teerth says this is not the time to think about my marriage. He says I will not go leaving you, and asks him to get fine first. Rishi holds Suman’s hand and gives her hand in Teerth’s hand asking Suman to marry him. Suman and Teerth are shocked.
