The Episode starts with Rishi asking Suman to marry Teerth. Suman asks what you are saying, you will soon come home, and says I will snatch you from God. She says very soon you will be fine and come back home to trouble me. She asks him not to talk about his last wish and get well soon. Rishi says Sumi di…shaadi. Teerth asks what you are talking about marriage, and says stop it else I will beat you much. He says Suman and I can never marry, and says just as you get fine, we will roam in Indore on your bike. Suman says all doctors are good, and you don’t need to lose your courage, and don’t talk about your last wish, else I will slap you. Rishi’s condition deteriorates. Doctor asks them to go out and says his condition is bad. They come out. Hema asks Suman, how is Rishi? Bhumi asks what he

said? Malini asks when he will come home. Suman is about to say. Teerth says Rishi wants Suman and I to get married. MMedia is there and hears him, and says how can this happen. Hema asks what Teerth is saying? Teerth says this is Rihis last wish. Malini asks last wish. Teerth says this is truth, Rishi wants Suman and I to marry. Akhil comes there and asks what you are saying? You will marry this thele wali, and asks if you have gone mad seeing Rishi in near death condition. Suman asks him to mind his language and says he is my brother. Teerth asks him to think wisely. Akhil says Bhabhi is very angry, Kritika is sitting in the mandap. He asks him to come. Reporter says Teerth’s fiancé is sitting in the mandap, and the guy who burnt himself for teerth wants him to marry his sister, and says what Teerth Mittal will do now, if he will fulfill his friend’s last wish or will go to his family.

Teerth asks Akhil to leave his hand. Akhil asks him to come home and marry Kritika, and says it is Devika Bhabhi’s orders. Teerth brushes off his hand and the mangalsutra falls and hangs on the God’s idol stand. He asks him to leave his hand and says I will not go anywhere, leaving Rishi. Akhil tells that Kritika is sitting in the mandap. Teerth says let her sit. He says I will not leave Rishi here. He says since I started neta giri, only two people supported me, one is Maa and other is Rishi. He says Rishi has given me more superior place than his family, and has supported me, loved me and understood my pain. He says you are my real brother, but you couldn’t fulfill the relation of blood, but Rishi being his friend fulfilled the relation of a brother and stood by him, when his dear sister asked him not to support him, then also he stood by me as my courage and strength. He says until he stands on his feet again, I will not leave him, and will be with him, and will save him. Akhil says Teerth Bhaiyya.

Kritika says I trust Teerth fully. Devika says yes, Akhil will bring him here, in any circumstances. Akhil calls Devika and says Teerth Bhaiyya is not coming. Devika asks what do you mean? Akhil says Rishi’s condition is very bad, and says Teerth Bhaiyya will not come leaving him. Doctor comes there and says he wants to talk to both Suman and Teerth. Teerth asks Doctor to treat Rishi, and not to worry about the money. Suman asks why he is talking about last wish, if he will be fine. Doctor says he is 75 percent burnt, and his body is giving up and says if you fulfill his last wish then he might have the strength and hope to fight with his condition, if he lose the hope then he might lose his life. Suman goes out.

Rishi thinks of Gulshan’s words and thinks Teerth will love Suman very much, they will fulfill his wish. Teerth comes out of Doctor’s cabin and recalls Rishi promising to get him a ticket and his last wish. He thinks one side is Rishi’s life and other side is Kritika who is waiting for him at the mandap. He thinks what to do, and asks God to show the way. He looks at the mangalsutra of his name hanging in the hospital temple. He comes to Suman and holds her hand. Suman asks what you are doing? Teerth says I told you that I can do anything for Rishi, we have to marry each other for Rishi else he won’t be saved. He says if this is the way to save him then I am ready, if you are ready to save him.

Suman says Neta ji, what you are saying? She says you are Namkeen King’s son and Kritika is waiting for you on the mandap and asks him to go. Teerth holds her hand and says Kritika’s wait is not important than Rishi’s life. He says f something happens to Rishi then who will call me Neta ji Bhaiyya, who will do the duty of a brother, friend etc. Suman says relations are made with love and I don’t love you. Teerth says even I don’t love you, but we are tied because of Rishi. He says I love Rishi very much and if I don’t fulfill his wish then he might die. He says I know that you love him very much, but if you are ready for this marriage, we have to marry to save Rishi. He tells Doctor that he needs a permission. Doctor asks what? Teerth moves the curtains of Rishi’s ward from the windows, and sets Rishi’s bed at slightly high position so that Rishi can see their marriage. Doctor asks what you are doing? Teerth says some rules will break today. He tells Rishi that he can do anything to save him. He says you are stubborn, I will not let anything happen to you. Suman thinks what he wants to do? Reporter says what is Teerth’s plan, stay tuned to know.

Suman asks Teerth what is he going to do? Teerth goes to the temple area and takes the mangalsutra, thinking this mangalsutra’s presence here is the proof that whatever I am going to do is right. Akhil looks at his pocket seeing the mangalsutra there. Teerth says I am trying to save our Rishi, we have to marry.
