Sunshine In The Darkness (SwaSan)
Shot 10:
Recap: sujata get to know about swasan relation and their marriage is fixed after one month. Sanskar saw shiddat’s health assurance where arjun and aliya are written as shiddat’s parents and sanskar got confused.
Swara’s room:
Swara came back with medicine and went near sanskar
” sanskar” swara said opening medicine bottle. Sanskar made shiddat lie in his lap and swara give her medicine. She make faces after tasting it.
” now shiddat will sleep” sanskar said wiping her mouth and pat her back. Shiddat nuzzles in sanskar’s chest. After sometimes when shiddat slept sanskar made her lie on the bed. Swara was admiring him, the way he care for shiddat.
” swara i want to ask something” sanskar said picking papers from table.
” hmm” she tried to see what he have.
” why here arjun and aliya are written as shiddat’s parenrs not you??” He asked being in dilemma. Swara got nervous. She have to tell him the truth before it gets too late.
” bcoz they are shiddat’s real parents” swara whisper staring at the floor.
” what?? Then why you lied that she is your daughter” Sanskar shouted.
” sanskar please let me explain” swara held his hand while he gave her unbelievable look.
” shiddat is aliya’s daughter. Arjun and aliya were in relation but when aliya was pregnant, arjun broke his relation with her though he don’t know about shiddat. I was there for aliya but due to stress aliya went to coma during her delivery. Shiddat was all alone, i took her with me. I bought a rented house and that lady abandoned me bcoz she thought shiddat is illegitimate child. I was not able to bear all that and left the city. I lied that shiddat is my daughter so that no one should point at shiddat” swara said without taking breath, shocking sanskar. His all assumptions are wrong which he thought that arjun is swara’s husband. An unknown happiness engulf sanskar’s heart knowing swara is not married. But his anger overpowered.
” means you don’t trust me to tell the truth??” Sanskar asked. Swara can feel he is hurt.
” I’m sorry after my confrontation with kaveri aunty i lost trust in everyone” swara said.
Flashback:
Swara came with shiddat to the house where they live while aliya was admitted in hospital.
” whose daughter is she???” Roared kaveri purohit pointing at the little angel.
” she is my daughter” swara tried to act firm but her heart is engulfed with immense fear. A little girl of about few days is in her arms. She hugged baby close to her chest looking at red eyes of the Lady.
” where is your husband???” Kaveri asked.
” I’m divorced” swara looked down as tears welled in her eyes. She lied bcoz she don’t know what to tell. Kaveri knew she is not married. Swara just bought this house a week ago so that after baby’s birth, aliya can live with her safely but she never knew she has to face all this and baby’s whole responsibility will come on her.
” you can’t live here don’t know whose illegitimate child is this” kaveri give a disgusting look to swara and baby.
Swara’s blood boiled listening those words but she preferred to keep quite.
Swara packed her things and left the house after giving some money to kaveri.
Flashback ends.
“After that i came here. Sanskar i tried to talk to you but never got chance to tell. I never wanted to cheat you” swara said with tears flowing down her eyes.
” you should have told us earlier instead of keeping me and mom in darkness” sanskar sternly said. Swara notice his attitude is same like he met him for the first time.
” I’m sorry please” swara requested him.
Sanskar softly remove her hand from his arm. He turn towards shiddat and kissed her forehead who was in deep sleep.
” sanskar” swara held his hand as he was about to leave.
” swara i need time” sanskar said.
He left the room not turing towards swara.
She closed her eyes. This has to happen, his reaction was normal.
” I’m sorry sanskar” swara mumble and lie beside shiddat hugging her tightly.
Next day, swara came to the maheshwari mansion as sujata called her to come. Shiddat is with swara. Today it’s sunday so no office.
” swara come here” sujata called her. Swara smile and went near her. Swara made shiddat sit beside her with pillows support.
Swara look at sanskar who just came. He ignored swara and move to shiddat. Shiddat made pout seeing him.
” sanskar I’m going out with swara for some shopping you keep shiddat with you” sujata said.
“Okay mom” sanskar said and picked shiddat.
” sanskar” swara call him
” her milk bottle” Swara forward the bottle to him. She know he is still angry
” thanks” he took it and left. Swara wave her hand at shiddat and she smile back.
Swara and sujata went out. Swara is relax as shiddat is with sanskar.
Shiddat is sitting in the centre of the bed while sanskar is next to her with one box.
” i have bought gifts for shiddat but than i forgot to give you” sanskar was talking to her while she was keenly listening to what he want to convey.
” i will make you princess today” he made her lie on the fluffy cotton swaddling. Then he tie pinkish band on her head.
” looking so pretty like your mamma” sanskar said kissing his cheeks. Shiddat giggle. Sanskar pick and show her mirror.
” who is she??” Sanskar asked pointing at the mirror. Shiddat got confuse. One time she look at sanskar in mirror than turn to see in real. She was wondering how two sanskar came.
” she is shiddat” sanskar said. Shiddat touch herself in the mirror. Suddenly she hide her face in sanskar’s chest as the baby did the same moment in mirror. Sanskar laugh at her antics. He came back to bed and lie her on fluffy blanket.
” let’s try this one” he change the band on her head.
” now you are looking more cute baby” sanskar softly pull her cheeks. He tickle and her laugh was echoing in the whole room. He keep on playing with her for hours till swara came back.
It’s evening now and swara didn’t came till now. Once she has called to ask about shiddat and that time she was happy with sanskar. But with the passage of time, shiddat start missing swara. She turn her head here and there looking for swara.
” you are missing mamma??” He asked picking her in his arms. Shiddat stare sanskar as she don’t know what to say. Sanskar show her swara’s pic in his mobile. Shiddat tap the phone at swara’s pic.
” mamma will come soon” sanskar kiss her hands and softly rub her head. She was enjoying his massage and lie on his chest.
” swara you have treated her like her own daughter and made strong bond with her. I’m really feeling proud that i love you. I know you are sad that I’m ignoring you but than only you will learn not to hide things from me” sanskar thought. He have to tell sujata also about the truth so that after marriage there should be no problems.
After half an house, swara came back. He went to sanskar’s room to see shiddat and they both are playing.
Shiddat sequeal in happiness looking at swara. Sanskar turn and saw swara is at the door. She quickly came near but stumble and fall on sanskar who was on the bed.
” careful” sanskar held her waist. Swara look in his eyes who was already staring her. They shared a beautiful eyelock which was broken by shiddat’s scream. She got irritated that why swara didn’t picked her.
” shiddat” swara move back and picked her.
Shiddat throw her arms around swara’s neck and inturn she also hugged her tightly.
” swara these things are of shiddat” sanskar said with stern face pointing at the gifts he bought for shiddat.
” thank you” swara smile.
” bye shiddat” sanskar tightly kiss her cheek.
” say bye” swara held her hand and wave it.
Swara was about to leave but turn towards sanskar
” you are still angry??” She asked sadly.
“Hmm” sanskar’s face was blank.
” I’m sorry” swara mumble and left the room. Sanskar stare her retreating figure and smile.
