Part 86:
Aman had left the Chauhan house once again and went to live with his parents. He started working in Jaipur and often come and visit them all.
It was a Saturday morning, Naina woke up and went to the bathroom. She walked out slowly and woke Karan up.
Naina: Karan?
Karan: Yes Naina.
Naina: The baby is coming.
Karans eyes shot open.
Karan: The baby is coming?!
Naina: Yes.
Karan got up and then they it ready. Karan came out of the room shouting.
Karan: GUYS THE BABY IS COMING! IS ANYONE AWAKE?! I’M HAVING A BABY HERE!
Meghna and Kunal walked downstairs, they were all ready and awake. The rest of the family came down.
Kunal: Karan breathe.
Karan took deep breaths.
Kunal: Dadu, Mom, Dad, me and and Meghna will go to the hospital with Karan and Naina.
NK: That sounds like a good plan, well get ready and meet you all there.
Dadaji: Drive safe.
Meghna and Karan helped Naina to the car while Kunal packed the bags in the boot of the car. Kunal drove while Naina was sitting at the back with her husband and sister.
Meghna: We’re almost there Chiku, just breathe.
Naina: Okay Di.
They got to the hospital, Naina was taken in and then Karan went in as well. He sat with her through everything. Meghna and Kunal were waiting outside, soon the rest of the family came.
Nirmala: Is everything okay?
Meghna: Haan Maa, take a seat.
Sandhya: I wonder how Karan is doing.
Just then Karan walked out with a baby in his arms. They all walked to him.
Karan: This is Naeem.
They all huddled around and greeted him.
Meghna: How’s Naina?
Karan: She’s getting ready for the next baby.
They all dismissed it.
Kunal: Did…
NK: You..
Nirmala: Just..
Sandhya: Say…
Dadaji: Next…
Arjun: One?.
Karan: Yep! Surprise to us too.
Meghna: But you said you were having a Baby boy!
Karan: Yes Bhabi, until now when they told us that the other baby didn’t show up clearly.
Nirmala: Karan, you need to go back in there.
Karan: Actually Maa, she wanted Bhabi there instead.
Meghna: Me?
Karan; Yeah, I’m not good in there.
Dadaji: Of course, Badi Bahu?
Meghna: Haan Dadu, I’ll go.
Meghna quickly walked into the room.
Karan went back and out the baby in the crib.
The rest of the family were still waiting. Then Meghna walked out.
Meghna: It’s a girl.
Karan walked behind with the baby in his arms.
Karan: This is Kriti.
Arjun: What a pretty name.
Karan: My choice.
Kunal: Congratulations, twins just like us.
Sandhya: What are the chances?
Nirmala: How’s Naina?
Meghna: She’s resting, we can take her home later.
Kunal: That great, come on Arjun we need to get the house ready.
Arjun: Have Khyati Di and Rahul Jeeju started without us?
Kunal: Not yet, they’re taking care of the twins.
NK: I can’t believe well four little ones running around the house now.
Dadaji hugged NK.
Kunal and Arjun left.
They went home and put the decorations up.
Meghna, Dadaji, NK, Nirmala and Sandhya walked in.
Kunal got a new camera out and started filming as Naina and Karan walked in with the babies.
Karan: You started already Bhai?
Kunal: Yes, just like you did. Remember these moment are the best and you’ll have to record everything!
Karan: I won’t forget.
Naina admired all the sweet decorations.
Naina: This looks wonderful guys, thank you.
Arjun: Anything for you Bhabi
