Part 60:

Meghna was in her room, she was standing over the babies cots and crying out her eyes.
Kunal walked in and went to Meghna. She cried in Kunals arms.
Meghna: Why Kunal! What is happening!
Kunal couldn’t bare what was happening, his wife was crying uncontrollably, his younger brother heart was broken and his baby sister have left the house. His world was tumbling down.
Kunal cupped Meghnas face: Meghna, we need you now. You can’t fall now. Maa, Karan, Mom, Dad, Dadu. Me.
He wiped away the tears away from Meghnas face.

Meghna: Kunal, I… I don’t know what to do.
Kunal: Together, we need to know what is going but first we need to check if everyone is okay.
Meghna nodded: Okay, I’ll check on Karan first.
Kunal: Okay, I’ll check in Maa.
Meghna: Tha…
Kunal put a finger to Meghnas lips: Don’t say thank you.
Kunal kissed Meghnas forehead: I love you.
Meghna held Kunals cheek: I love you too.

Meghna walked to Karans room. The door was closed, she stood in front of them door and took a deep breath and then knocked. There was no answer.
Meghna knocked again: Karan, it’s me. Please open the door.
Still no answer.
Meghna: Please Karan.
Karan opened the door and hen walked back to where he was sitting. His chair.
Meghna walked behind him.

Meghna: Karan?
Karan: Why Bhabi?
Meghna closed her eyes to stop her from getting weak.
Karan: We did she do that to me?
Meghna: Karan, Chiku wouldn’t do anything to hurt you.
Karan: She has though! She broke my heart.
Meghna: There has to be a reason.
Karan: She doesn’t love me! Never has, never will!

Meghna bent down and held Karans hand.
Meghna: It may look like that now but I promise you, I’ll get her to me what actually happened and why she’s doing all of this.
Karan laughed: You won’t. She won’t tell you anything different, she betrayed me, this family, Maa and you. Bhabi, she and you had a bind that couldn’t be broken but today I think she broke it.
Meghna: No, she hasn’t. Naina will always be my Chiku.
Karan: She will never be my Naina.
Meghna couldn’t take it, she let go of Karans hand and ran out of the room. She stood outside her back agaunat the the wall and with her eyes closed and a tear dropping out.
Meghna: Chiku, what have you done?!
She said to herself.

Kunal was walking out of the guest room where Sharda was. He saw Naina and Nikhil walk into the guest room on the other side. He then saw Vishal standing with Meghna. And he walked to them.
Vishal: Meghna, well find out what’s hahappening.
Kunal: We will.
Meghna: How?

Vishal: She’s always had the best bond with you so maybe you could ask her.
Kunal: This time when she’s alone, with no one around because she might be scared to say anything.
Meghna: Okay.
Kunal: Vishal, you should get some sleep.
Meghna: Yeah, you’ve had a long journey and then all of this…
Vishal: Don’t worry you guys, I’ll head to sleep. Make are you rest up as well.
Kunal gave a small smile: We will.
Vishal went to his room.
Kunal: What’s Karan doing?
Meghna: He’s heartbroken.

Kunal: I’ll go and see.
Meghna: Okay, I’ll be with the twins.
Kunal went into Karans room. He saw Karan had fallen asleep in the chair, still wearing the wedding clothes. Kunal picked Karan up and put him onto the bed. He took off Karans shoes and socks off and the put a duvet over him.
Kunal: I’ll always be here Karan, I hope the heart of yours will soon heal.

Naina was in the guest room. She took off the garland and threw it on the floor.
Nikhil: Is my wife angry?
Naina turned around and pointed a finger at Nikhil: PRETEND WIFE!
Nikhil: In front of everyone we’re husband and wife.
Naina: Behind closed doors, which is now, we’re enemies.
Nikhil: Whatever, I’ll sleep on the sofa and you take the bed.
Naina looked back and was staring out of the window.
Naina (mind): I’m sorry everyone! I’m so sorry!
