Ragini,being the chief and IO will be presenting the case…

Judge has not arrived yet…
Ravish “Ragini… I know it’s not needed but don’t get nervous… It’s totally on our side…”
Ragini nods… Ravish is Ragini’s assistant…
Aisha “Ragini… What about your solid proof?? Did you get that with you?? Is it safe??”
Ragini “Don’t worry Aisha… It was always with me right now as well… It’s absolutely safe…”
She smiles looking at SwaSan and Rohan who are standing together…
They also smile back…
Ragini “Ok… Now plz all of you go back to your seats… I am there na… I will handle…”
Kabir is brought inside…
He smirks seeing Ragini… She looks at him in disgust…
Kabir “Kahan thi tum Ragu… I missed you so much… It was first time in these six months that you didn’t visited me for 4 days… Even on interrogation Wala day… You injected me with drugs… I was not able to see you properly…”

Aisha happens to look at Rohan’s waist and is shocked to see service gun with him… She is about to ask him but just then they hear the announcement of judge arriving…. All rush inside…
Judge comes…
yone stand up and greet him…

Judge “Prepare yourselves… Court proceedings will start in few minutes…”
Ragini then looks at the Defense Lawyer I.M.Jaiswal…
Jaiswal is busy in arranging his papers… He scolds funnily to his assistant… Ragini makes faces seeing his antics…
She turns and continues doing the work…
Jaiswal happens to see Ragini and is stunned… He shouts in excitement…
Judge,Ragini, Lakshya, even Kabir and all others get a jolt…
Judge “Mr. Jaiswal behave yourself… You are in the court…”
Jaiswal “Sorry your honor…”
Judge nods and excuses him…
Jaiswal goes to Ragini…

Ragini agrees… He brings out his hankerchief and a marker… She signs on it… Jaiswal thanks her…

Jaiswal again apologizes and goes to his place singing “Hai celebration naacho dhanadhan music bajao keh do ye sab se… Aaj ki party Meri taraf se…”
All laugh seeing his behavior…
Kabir fumes “He is on my side!!! I doubt…”
He looks at his helper giving him a death glare… The man bows his head to avoid his gaze…
Judge “Let’s begin the proceedings… Accused Kabir (Kabir nods…) Defence lawyer Jaiswal (He shouts present sir… Judge glares him… He turns silant) Prosecutor and IO Maheshwari… (Ragini nods…) Judge also nods… Let us begin… Ms. Maheshwari your opening statement…”
Ragini “Your honor Kabir Khanna was caught red handed planning and plotting against innocent people for his own selfish reasons… He has attacked several time on public places and tried to harm many people… By intelligence of DIA and some other people,Not much harm was done to innocent lives… 6 months ago in Udaipur,on festival of Maha Gauri aarti,Kabir attempted a serial bomb blast but luck was not on his side and his men were only killed and he and his wife who was his partner in crime succeeded in eloping… On chased by DCO Rohan Mehta,he attempted to murder him… In self defense,his wife lost his life and yet again he eloped but this time to Mumbai… This time he planted bomb in a common residents’ house and attempted another lives…. Luckily no harm was done… After that he was caught… Your honor,he is a cold blooded murderer and should be punished… In fact hanged… Thank you…”

Judge “Mr. Jaiswal… Your opening statement…”
But Jaiswal keeps looking at Ragini in awe and was admiring her… Ragini feels a bit uneasy on knowing how he is constantly staring her…
Judge “MR. JAISWAL!!!”
Jaiswal (coming out of trance) “Yes, your honor…”
Judge “Opening statement… PLZ…!!”

SwaSan suppress a laugh… Lakshya and Kavya chuckle… Rohan and Aisha are having a tough time controlling their laughter… Ravish laughs but Ragini glares him…
Judge “But you are Mr. Jaiswal… And you should behave like one… Now OPENING STATEMENT PLZZZ…!!!”
Jaiswal “Yes your honor…. Your honor Ragini ji can never lie… (Kabir looks at him in shock… And shouts “Abey TU Mera lawyer Hai ya uska??”) But but… What can we do… In order to win a case,one has to do anything… (Kabir heaves a sigh of relief) your honor my client has been wrongly accused and you all will get to know the truth in this statement at the end of this case… I will prove it that my client is innocent… Thank you…”
Judge also heaves a sigh of relief “Finally (under breath)… Ok… Now you may present your witness one by one and cross examine them… Ms. Maheshwari…. Your witness plz…”
Ragini “Your honor,I would give first chance to Mr. Jaiswal…”
Jaiswal (amazed) “Wow… My name hears so amazing in your voice….”
This time judge bangs his head “MR. JAISWAL… YOUR WITNESS PLZ…”
Jaiswal nods “I would like to call Ms. Ragini Maheshwari in witness box…”
Ragini nods and goes… Everyone looks on…
Jaiswal “Ragini ji… Are you sure that everything you accused my client of,is true?? If yes,then how??”
Ragini “Stop asking stupid questions Mr. Jaiswal… I am the IO of this case… And yes, I am 110% sure that this guy was involved in all the attacks… I have caught him red handed… And have been a close witness to all his crime…”
Jaiswal “Wow… Your voice seems so beautiful when you are angry… BTW any proofs to your accusations…??”
Ragini “I will prove it only if you excuse me…”

Ragini gets down and calls Kavya in witness box…

Kavya tells that how he used to ignore her and used her to go to Swara’s marriage…. How she didn’t agreed but he persuaded her… She then agrees and in Udaipur, how many a times he was caught by her planning something with Kavita… She then concludes saying that at that time she couldn’t understood all this as she was blindfolded in his fake love…
Ragini “Mr. Jaiswal, would you like to examine her…?”
Jaiswal “Thank you Ragini ji…”
He goes to Kavya “Ms. Kavya… I sympathize with you for you were cheated… But one cannot be punished for having extra marital affair… About spending time with Kavita,she was his wife… So it was not wrong… Did you hear anything from them which gave you a hint that they are planning?? (She shakes her head in no) Did he physically abused you or misbehaved with you..?? Ragini calls Lakshya in the witnesses box “Lakshya… Plz share what happened after there was a blast in the temple??”
Lakshya narrates everything that followed after the blast…. The chase,Kavita shooting Rohan,Swara shooting Kavita and all things…
Ragini “Thank you Lakshya…. Mr. Jaiswal??”
Jaiswal nods “This point should be noted Your honor that not Kabir but his wife shot Rohan and he died… And Kavita was also killed in that encounter… So again the accusations on my client is baseless… How is he responsible…?? Mr. Lakshya isn’t it true that Kabir was Ms. Ragini’s ex as well…?”
Ragini “Objection your honor….Mr. Jaiswal has forgotten that we are not here to discuss my personal life…”
Jaiswal “No your honor… It’s related to the case… And it will be proved just now…”
Judge “Objection overruled…”
Jaiswal “Thank you… So Mr. Kapoor… Isn’t my statement true…”
Lakshya “Yes it is…”
Jaiswal “And you both can’t withstand each other… Several times and otherwise you both have fought over Ragini ji…”
Lakshya “Yes… But–”
Jaiswal “Thanks Mr. Kapoor… Point to be noted your honor… Mr. Kapoor has strong reason to state against my client…. And also his accusations do not have any solid proof…. Lakshya is about to retort… But Ragini signs him to be quite and asks him to have trust on her… Lakshya agrees and nods… Judge asks him to go back to his seat… Lakshya goes…
Ragini “Your honor,we have the recording of his interrogation and he himself told us what all we did…”
Jaiswal “Yes your honor… He would have told anything you want at that time as he was under the influence of Truth serum… And who knows whether it was Truth serum or any other drug…? ”
Ragini “MR. JAISWAL… That serum was handed over by the certified doctors and by telling about the mixing of drug in the serum,you are accusing the eligibility of the doctors…”
Jaiswal “Yes… Doctors who are your Brother and his would be wife… Ab bhai to Bhai Hai,use rakhi ke bandhan ko nibhana Hai,apni Choti behan ko nai rulana Hai… And Dr.Kapoor, we all know that Indian women are so pativrata… They can never deny to their husband, so how can she deny this time…?”
Sanskar (being angry and standing up)”Mr. Jaiswal be in your limits… I am a doctor, not a terrorist like your client…”
Swara (Also doing the same) “You are accusing our honesty towards our duty and you cannot do so without any solid proof… I work for DIA, and you can sued if you dare misbehave with us…”
Ragini signs Ravish…
Ravish goes and asks SwaSan to calm down… They nod and sit… Sanskar gives a death glare to Jaiswal… Jaiswal sees this and gets uneasy, he avoids his stare…
Jaiswal “See your honor, I am telling you again and again that all the accusations on my client is truly baseless… He should be released at once and declared innocent…”
Aisha is still thinking about Rohan (Rohit) and the service revolver… She keeps on peeping at his face… She notices that he is clutching his fist to control his anger…
Aisha (in mind) “Why is Rohit ji getting impatient… He is not related to case as well… There is definitely something fishy… But I have no other option other than waiting… And this corrupt Jaiswal,he is very cleverly proving our every witness wrong… What to do…”
Swara notices Aisha worried “Aisha what happened?? Don’t take so much stress everything will be alright…”
Aisha “I wish what you said is true… But just see… Jaiswal is very cleverly proving our every witness wrong…”

Aisha puts her hand on her head… She thinks that this was the proof… And now everything is over… She glances at SwaSan’s face and sees them smiling and looking at Ragini… She gets clueless…
Jaiswal looks at Ragini’s face expecting a defeated look but is shocked to see her grinning broadly…
Jaiswal “Ragini ji,I think you have lost your mental stability… All your evidences are proved wrong, and you are grinning here broadly???”
Kabir is also unable to understand this…
Ragini “Mr. Jaiswal don’t worry about me… Ab aapke and aapke client ke Hosh urne wale Hain… Your honor, I am sorry for wasting Court’s time but I wanted to prove that someone was definitely interfering with the court’s procedure and tried to make Kabir prove innocent… The fact is, this mobile phone, is not an evidence… Yes, it is Rohan’s phone… But it did not contained any recording… I had kept it in the evidence bag to make sure whether my doubt was right or not… And you see… it was deliberately destroyed… (She opens the phone and takes out the battery… She shows him the inner part of the phone which was deliberately destroyed by a knife…) And your honor, we all are here intelligent enough to know, that this is not at all natural…”
Kabir gets angry and glares at his helper… The man gets scared and avoids his gaze…
Judge “Ms. Maheshwari… You are saying absolutely true… And this is a matter of concern that the evidences are being morphed in the headquarters… Definitely, some strict steps would be taken as it’s remedy… But another fact is that,you are still not able to prove that accusations are right… And court believes on evidences…”
Ragini “And I have that evidence… Your honor,I would like your permission to call Mr. Rohit Mehra in the witness box…”
All get shocked… Aisha looks at SwaSan… They are smiling looking at Rohan… He also smiles looking at them… Aisha (in mind) “Is he Ragini’s Trump card!!! But how?? He was not even there in Udaipur… Then??”
Judge “Permission granted…”
Rohan comes in witness box…
Kabir looks at him (in mind) “Who is this man… I feel like I have seen him before… But where… He was not in Udaipur… Or was he there??”
Jaiswal “Yes Mr. Mehra… What do you want to say… You will also say some random story and accuse my client but court needs proof…”
Ragini “Objection your honor… Mr. Jaiswal is interfering in the procedure… My witness has not yet uttered a word but he is already declaring him wrong…”
Judge “Objection sustained… Mr. Jaiswal… Let Mr. Mehra speak…”
Rohan “Your honor, I will not speak anything.. ”

Ragini is about to object, but Rohan signs her to stop…
Rohan “Mr. Jaiswaaaal… Tohra hamra par bharosa kahe naikhe… Sabne Diya Hai Yahan Sach bol bol… Hum baat nai ghumaenge gol gol… Leke aaya hun main Yahan proof proof… Jisse jaiga iska bhanda phoot phoot(Pointing at Kabir)… Mr. Jaiswaaaal…!!”
Jaiswal turns speechless… The DIA team suppress a laugh… Aisha also smiles a while… Kabir looks on blankly…
Judge also suppresses a laugh but then becomes strict…
Judge “What is going on here?? This is court and not a circus…”

He gives a pendrive to Ragini and Ragini submits it to play…

Jaiswal and judge looks at him cluelessly (Of course they don’t know that it’s Rohan…) Others who didn’t knew about the plan are amazed….
For Kabir, his feet had become numb and he feels ground less…
Aisha is shocked, stunned, surprised, bewildered, amazed and what not… Layers of emotions are flowing inside her… She gets up out of ecstasy and utters his name loud enough so that everyone can hear…
Aisha “ROHAN…!!!”
Judge and Jaiswal are also shocked…
