“Today was a tough day for u Sanskar” He said to himself watching the dark sky in his room. He hears
a knock at the door he opens the room nd find Ragini standing with a smile, he smile slowly nd say

“Princess….! why r u awake…..u should be sleeping……have u taken ur medicine”

“Bhai…..! relax I m fine now plz….stop mothering me……..mom is their to do that…..for ur question
what was I wake up till now……so cant I wiat for my bhai….” Ragini said entering the room

“Well u can……but I feel u r here to discuss something” Sanskar said nd sat on couch Ragini sat infront of him
nd asked

“Am I good in singing……be honest”

“Ur the bes…..but y r u asking this” Sankar replied

“Bhai thier is a singing competition which will be conducted here in Kolkata…..so I was thinking…..”
Ragini said with excitment

“What u r thinking……go for it….but may I know the person who encourage u for this because I
remeber when I asked u this U were wont consider ur singing skills ” Sanskar teased her

“Bhai its not that……..its just Im bored these days my studies are completed…….so thought to
test my skills…What do u say” Ragini said

“I support my sister…..but have u talked with mom dad” Sanskar asked

“Bhai I wont ask…..u r going to ask for this…..u know mom dad after my accident u all are over protective towards
me so…..u r going to convince them ” Ragini said with pleading face

Sanskar was numb for a minutes because his equation with his mom dad is not good these days. They hardly talked to him
Dad talks only for work related queries but his mom gave him silent torture. His mom cares for his son nd loves him alot but
his mistake ruined every thing, so for every mistakes he has to bear punishment. Thay were not the type of parent
supporting his child in their bad deeds

Sanskar say

“No its better you talk…..nd by the way u are being pampered alot these daysas you said so mom nd
dad surely agree you”

“Bhai……! but if u will talk they will agree immediately so…plz u have to talk them tomorrow morning ok bye

“Oh my devil sister finally…….I got the pleasure to meet u “Laksh taunted Swara as she entered

“How r u feeling after ur sister then ” she replied in same tone

“Plz show this atitude to ur busness partner ……not ur family ” said Laksh handing her cup of coffee

“Then u have to stop taunting me……” said Swara nd took a sip of coffee

“I ll not stop it untill I get my dramatic Shona back ” said Laksh

“Dramatic shona………cant come back because she deid that day…” said Swara there was utter silence
between the both of them looked each other nd their changed into depressed
Laksh said

“No because of me……..” said Swara while standing

“What the difference its started on my name ” said Laksh nd stand beside her

“on ur name but not u……” Swara said while looking sky.

Though they were not close sibling but they can feel the pain of each others heart……They cant figure out what they r actually feeling but their was something made thier sister brother

“U know I always get irritated when U tease me that Dad loves u more than me” Laksh says. Swara looks him He continues

“I think u were rite dad always very protective towards u……..Do you know when he was rushed to hospital what he said to me……”

“He didnt take neither my name……nor mom……..instead he was only saying ur name nd asked me to protect her nd make her find her happiness” Laksh said still looking on sky

Swara got emotional but she silently heared him

“I promised him to protect U nd find ur happiness……Shona…..My shona is here….she is not dead
but she has lost herself….Dont ever say that she is dead…….mom nd I have this hope…..dont break this plzz”

“I dont deserve happiness lucky………My tears killed dad…….If I havent fallen for him….Dad would be here
with us……..because of me u also lost him ” Swara said a small tear roll in her eyes but she maintained herself frim not letting her tear fall
because this made her strong

“U know he was not well….It was not ur fault shona….dont blame ur self…..seeing u in this state will not make him happy in that world
be happy for him” He said in pleading voice while looking her. She look him nd say

“I dont wish to be happy……..lucky…….but I want my inner peace which is snatched thats it”

“Then u have to cry……for this so that ur pain flow away from this” He suggested

“I tried but it gave me more pain……….but now no more pain…..I have not cried after dad left me…….I made my self
strong…..I cant let go this in a vain……I think U would nt wish to ur sister broken” She said frimly

“I also dont want to see my sister controling this pain……just to pretend to be strong in front of world” Laksh said

“I dont want to talk more…….its late I am sleepy good night “saying this she left

“I know if u stay longer……U would have bitterly cried here….my motive is not to make u cry…….but to
make u back my shona………Am I doing rite dad…” Laksh said said while looking stars

“Dad…….” Swara’s voice shivered as she entered in room. there was no one in the room her dad was lying onthe bed with that oxygen mask his eyes were in tears
looking to his daugther He signed him to come near. She sat beside him nd he removed mask in order to talk to her. She was crying

“I…..I m…….” Swara was crying while saying Shekhar says

“ssshhh…..Shona u r my brave daughter rite” She nodded in yes

“This is my last moment….” his voice choked because he was in much pain

“Dad……dont say this plzz……nothing will happen dad….u will be there with us …..dont say plzz “swara says
while holding his hand. He wiped her tears

“Remember I dont like to see in u tears…..u r my pride beta…..Do one thing after my death……”

“I will do whatever u say but dont say dad plz…..” Swara said pleadingly

“Find ur happiness….” he said

“No dad how can I desire happiness…my life is ruined ” swara said

“No shona dont say that when u will get ur inner peace……u will find ur happiness” Shekhar said

“okay as u say but….for this I need you dont leave me…plz” Swara said shekhar smiled but his hand fell

Swara was numb every thing got froze around her as she looked her dad’s face with open eyes

“No….nnnnoooo……ddddaaad…” her voice shivered

“plz dad say something dad plzz…..dad i wont cry but ssay something…….dad ” She almost shouted

“See dad i mnot crying……dad dont leave me…….ur silence is killing me dad” she badly cried nd fainted

Swara open her eyes.She was breathing heavily nd sweating she quickly went to bathroom
after coming outside her phone rang she lifts the when someone say

“Mrs Gadodia I m thinking this is the right time to sign the deal what do u say?”

“Mr. Ram dhandraj…….I guess u r very desperate to sign this deal” Swara said

“What to do…….I waited for a long time……now I got the oppurnity….nd ur saying this” he said with excitment

“Okay come in evening ” Swara said

“Hmm…not evening actually I have some work to do so tomorrw at lunch in Xyz resturant” He asked

“okay….we ll be there for sure” She disconnects the call

“Now get ready for another attack…….or I say heart attack…Mr. Maheshwri” She said in devlish tone

“yeah but may I know who is the honour of this beauitful voice “he flirted. she burst out laughing
but controlled nd say

“Oh Laksh…..flirting in morning……I m Ragini”

“How come u got my number?” Laksh asked

“Black Magic……” Ragini joked

“what…….really?” Laksh asked in excitment

“Oh fool…….joking……well got ur number from ur friend…..the one whom marraige we meet” Ragini said while laughing

“oh Rudr……..I know I mvery handsome but if u asked me I would have given u….y u call somebody else to get it” Laksh teased her

“Shut up……..stop day dreaming plzz…I called u because u told me about that competition….so can we meet I want to know information about that”
Ragini said

“Which competition……(after a pause)… ok singing competition…..we can meet in evening is that cool” Laksh said

“Hmm….ok thank u laksh” Ragini said

“Plz call me lucky” Laksh says nd disconnects the call

“I m sorry Laksh but I cant call u……….” Ragini said
