Title is self explanatory I guess so no intro needed and it’s after 2 years later when Swara was thrown from the river by Ragini. There are many things I would like to add which will be clear in course of time.
Swara and her family have left the badi!
*IMPORTANT Note: Sanskar and his family were NOT introduced i.e sujatha rp and uttara.*
Scene
In badi
Shekhar’s house is shown and some people are throwing all the things out from the house. While Parvati is screaming on top of her voice.
Parvati: what are you doing? Have you lost your brains?! Just stop this right away! Or I’ll call the police.
The men paid no heed her words and continued their work until Shekhar came.
Parvati: look at them shekar what are they doing …they not even listening to me. Do you know them?
Shekar:no ma…. Let me look into this matter.
He goes inside to inquire but gets no response and they continue their work so instead he calls the cops.
People from the badi are already gathered near to see the scene as usual.
After about 15 minutes later the cops come. Both tell him what the men did while inspector says he can see that too.
The inspector stops them and ask them on who’s saying they’re doing this and most importantly why?
One man : we are following the instructions of the bank and it’s a legal matter and they have legal rights to do that.
Inspector: show me the papers.
Men: the owner of this house has them and will be here with them.
Shekar: we are the owners of this house and why will we do that?!
A voice: you WERE the owner of the house MR.SHEKAR GODDODIA.
Everyone turns to see who it is and the two souls Shekar and Parvati are shocked to see and utter only one word:SWARA!
She comes tip toeing in her high heels. While they eye her. She hands over the papers to the inspector.
Swara: I hope the papers are clear and you may speak to my lawyer. He will explain the rest.
The inspector reads the papers and the lawyer explains to him. While the two souls are eyeing Swara.
Swara: ohh I know I look nice and beautiful. Don’t glare at me like that (she smirks) Nazar lag jayegi!
Shekar: shut your mouth!
Swara: mind your tone and please clear the mess in front of my house and get lost from here.
Parvati: why will we get lost? This is our house. You better go. Have you forgotten what we did to you and your family last time?
Swara smirks: no no how to forget that! Now you will remember what you said and did that they. It’s your Time to pay or should I say it’s my pay back time.
The inspector comes and announces: Mr shekar ..miss Bose is right she’s the owner of this house now. All the papers are clear and the matter is simple you had taken a loan and kept this house as mortgage. Since you failed to repay the loan amount the bank has sold out your house.
Shekar: it’s not possible as I should have got any notice from the bank.
Lawyer: these are the notices which bank has sent you long ago and you failed to reply or repay the loan so the house was auctioned. Miss Swara Bose is the new owner of the house.
Shekar looks at the papers and is shocked. While Parvati questions him what is going on and when he kept the house on mortgage. He stands shocked.
Parvati: answer me …why did you keep the house on mortgage ? Had you lost it?
Shekar: maa..we were facing great loss at the shop and I had to take a loan and amount was big enough so for that I had to keep the house as mortgage.
Swara: if your drama is over and since you called the inspector and made my work easy. (She looks at the inspector)I file a complain against them for trespassing my house and staying there without permission.
Parvati: no no.. inspector please tell her
Inspector: I think this can be solved …no need to file a complain Miss.Bose I will ask them to clear the house.
Swara: thank you inspector…I guess the bank has already done the job. Just ask these roadside beggars to clear the mess here and they may leave.
Inspector: I will …
He says the same thing to the Goddodia’s. The inspector leaves asking a constable to stay there.
Swara goes to Parvati: are are Kya hua?? Plan got backfired? Inspector didn’t help you? … very sad … actually I m happy! I want this mess to get cleared in less than an hour! You two are hurting my eyes too!
She turns to leave but turns around: ohh wait! I forgot something Mr Shekar are you thinking how the due got preponed?! Stop thinking about it! I did it and please stop taking stress about how …gather your stuff and leave… And( turning to Parvati) I think you forgot what I said that day! But it’s ok I guess… you’re turning old hard to remember stuff … I hope your chamcha your son will remind you. . Right Mr. Shekar! Or your puppet Ragini. Will see you soon on the roads Parvati Goddodia.
Swara wears her glasses and leaves.
“I WILL COME BACK AND THAT DAY IT WILL BE YOUR TIME TO PAYBACK , I WILL DESTROY ALL YOUR HAPPINESS AND YOU’LL” her words said two years back echoed in their ears.
