It’s morning time and a girl is shown driving scooty and going somewhere she is a bit tensed and is talking to herself.
Girl – Oh! no Swara today you are gone,dad aaj maar dahlenge.Oh my god I am so late and I have to reach court quickly.
After sometime she reaches court and sees that her dad is coming out with his clients,she hesitates at first but then decides to meet him.
Shekhar (seeing Swara) – Swara you are late !!
Sw – Haan dad woh (she sees the client) Sorry….
Shek – Swara go sit in my cabin.
Sw – Okay dad and she goes away,after sometime shekhar comes inside the cabin
Shek – Swara beta….
Sw – Dad woh I am sorry for being late today.
Shek – Dekho Swara you are new in the lawyer profession and I want ki tum aapna ek naam banao so I want that you attend my case hearings and get a clear veiw about how to defend your clients but you are not interested in this….
Sw – No dad its not like that…
Shek – Choro I don’t want to listen to any excuses.Acha I want to tell you something important…
Sw – Yes dad whats the matter ??
Shek – Swara there’s one case for you.
Sw – Case !! but dad….
Shek – I know that you are new and you have not fought any case till now but I want that you take up this case as it can give you abig start and I know you are ready for this.
Sw – But dad….
Shek – Array tum Shekhar Gadodia ki beti hoon and I have full faith in you.
Sw – Okay dad.Whats the case ??
Shek – You know na my friend Ramprasad Maheshwari ??
Sw – Haan.
Shek – Toh unka beta the great bussinessman Sanskar Maheshwari is arrested in the charges of murdering his wife Ragini Maheshwari but the truth is he is innocent and you have to give him justice.
Sw – But dad its a very big case why donot you take it up ??
Shek – Because I am going out of town for 1 month.
Sw – And what about other lawyers ?? why they are not taking up this case ??
Shek – Swara….other lawyers are not taking up the case due to Sanskar’s rivals they have threatened every lawyer that if anyone take up this case it will not be good for that person and his family and I am Rp’s friend thats why I was willing to take this case but suddenly one work came for which I have to go out of town so,I have no other option other than you.
Sw – Okay…dad I will fight this case.
Shek – Acha listen you will not tell sanskar that his dad has appointed you.
Sw – But why dad ??
Shek – Because sanskar and his dad have broken their relationship and donot ask me the reason as I have no answer.
Sw – Okay dad…hmm…dad now can I go and meet Mr.Maheshwari.
Shek – Haan thik hain you go to police station and I will talk with the head inspector and arrange your meeting.
Sw – Okay and she goes to police station.
Later when she arrives at police station,one officer takes her to Sanskar’s cell.Swara arrives there and sees a man standing with his back towards her.
Sw – Hello ! Mr.Maheshwari,hearing this the man turns towards her and Swara sees a man of 25-26 years who is very handsome.He is wearing a black suit and has a muscular body it looks like he regularly hits the gym but his face has a sad expression it looks like he is really depressed and he has not slept for few days.
San – Hello but do I know you ?? and Swara comes out of her dream world.
Sw – No Mr.Maheshwari you donot know me but for now I am your Lawyer.I am Miss Swara Gadodia and I am here to take up your case.
San – Swara Gadodia ?? daughter of the famous lawyer Shekhar Gadodia.
Sw – Haan.
San – Okay I will give you the case but for that I first need to see your earlier case histories.
Sw – Sorry Mr.Maheshwari I donot have any case histories.
San – But why ??
Sw – Because Mr.Maheshwari I am a new lawyer and this is my first case.
San – And why do you expect that I will give you my case knowing that this will be your 1st case and due to your inexperience I can loose this case.
Sw – Mr.Maheshwari I know I am new but I will try my level best to give you justice.
San – But I don’t have trust in you,Miss Gadodia you have no experience and due to this if you loose the case then mein innocent hote huye bhi jail mein raha jaunga.
Sw – Mr.Maheshwari you have to trust me and waise bhi you have no other choice.As you know,no other lawyer is willing to take up your case and I am here to fight for you so its up to you ; you select me or you go to the court without a lawyer.
San (thinks for sometime) – Okay,you are right I need a lawyer and now you are only available so,I give you my case.
Sw – Okay,now Mr.Maheshwari give me your case details.
San – Listen Miss Gadodia I am innocent I haven’t killed Ragini how can I kill my Ragini I loved her,she was my life how can I kill her and he starts crying.
Sw – Dekhiye Mr.Maheshwari you have to be strong,now please tell what happened that day ??
San – I was in my office and had returned a little earlier to spend time with Ragini.When I arrived at my home I saw that the door was open I was shocked but entered and saw that Ragini was lying dead in the drawing room.When I went near her I saw that a gun was lying beside her and I picked it up then at that time only our maid Maya entered the scene and she saw me holding the gun and Ragini lying dead and thought that I am the murderer.
Sw – Maya only called police right ??
San – Yes.
Sw – Acha now tell me something about Ragini and your relationship.
San – Ragini was my life,I loved her a lot.We had met each other in Delhi I had gone there for a bussiness deal and she was the assistant of my bussiness patner and when I saw her I knew that it was love at first sight.She was beauty with brains and I loved that feature of hers.After the deal was finalised we had met for a couple of times for different projects and from there only our love story started and after confessing our feelings we decided to get married .Ragini only had her mother and she gave her approval for our marriage but my dad was against our relation but then also I married her and we were living happily but then this I really don’t understand….who can do this ??
Sw – Acha was there any enemy of Ragini ??
San – No,Ragini was a very sweet girl and everyone loved her.
Sw – Okay,I would like to see Ragini’s mobile.
San – The mobile is with the police.
Sw – Okay thanks for the information Mr.Maheshwari,I am promising you that I will prove you innocent and Swara goes and takes Ragini’s mobile from the police.
Sw (thinking) – Sanskar didn’t kill Ragini then who can do this ?? shayad Ragini ka koi dushmaan ho jiske baare mein Sanskar ko pata na ho and he has done this hmm….This mobile can give me some information I need to check it.
Swara opens the mobile and searches the call list and she notices that one number is repeatedly visible and several messages are received through this number.Swara opens the last message.
Message – Ragini if you don’t listen to me then it will not be good.
Sw (thinking) – I think the killer has sent this message.I should inform the police about this.
After seeing this message,the police traces the number and finds that it belonged to a person named Laksh Sharma after some days the police sets a trap and arrests Laksh.After interogating Laksh the police gets to know that he has murdered Ragini.Ragini and Laksh were in a relationship for the past 2 years but as Laksh was jobless Ragini’s mother didnot like their relationship and in this mean time Sanskar met Ragini.When Laksh got to know about Sanskar he made a plan to acquire his wealth,he convinced Ragini to marry Sanskar and in this way,she would take money from him and later she would give it to Laksh and when they will have enough money they will elope from here but after marriage things changed. Sanskar’s love and care made Ragini to change her mind ,she actually fell in love with Sanskar and decided to tell him everything. Laksh was furious after hearing this he couldn’t bear the fact that Ragini had fallen in love with someone else and he decided to end her life.Laksh was keeping an eye on Sanskar’s house,when he saw that Sanskar had left for office he thought that it was a good chance and he went inside and killed Ragini.He accidently left the gun there but he wasn’t aware that Ragini had not deleted his number and messages from her mobile.
After Laksh told the whole truth the police came to know that Sanskar was innocent and his name was cleared from the case but when Sanskar was released from jail,he suddenly started behaving weirdly he kept on telling that Ragini cannot die and suddenly he started running on the road and he came infront of a car but luckily Swara was also present there,she ran after Sanskar and saved him. Swara was very much worried about him so,she took Sanskar to the hospital.There the doctor informed her that Sanskar is suffering from depression and he also warns her that Sanskar will try to do suicide in this condition so,he should not be left alone.Swara knew that Sanskar had no one in his house so,she takes Sanskar to her own home.
At home…
Sw – Mom Mom where are you ?? Sharmistha comes out from her room.
Sha – What happened Swara ? (she sees Sanskar) Oh my god who is this ?? wait wait is this Sanskar,son of Ramprasad ji.
Sw – Haan mom this is Sanskar.
Sha – Acha but he was in jail na and you were fighting his case.
Sw – Haan mom Sanskar was in jail but I have cleared his name from this case and now he is suffering from depression,doctor told that if he is kept alone then he will try to do suicide so,I brought him here as I had no other option.
Sha – Swara you have done a good job. If something would have happened to Sanskar then what would we have told to Ramprasad ji.
Sw – Acha mom now pls tell Gopi kaka to open the guest room and from then on Sanskar started staying with them till he recovered slowly slowly Swasan became good friends but Swara started to develop feelings for Sanskar,she started to understand Sanskar and his thoughts.She thought him to be a rude,arrogant man but after knowing Sanskar she got to know that he was a very kind-hearted man who loved to spend time with her.Sanskar also started to come out of his depression but he missed Ragini and moreover he still loved her.Swara was suprised after knowing about Sanskar’s feelings.
Sw – What !! now also you love Ragini ??
San – Yes,why I will not love her ??
Sw – Nehi I mean to say that Ragini had lied to you she never loved you haan at the end she actually fell in love but the truth is that she was involved in Laksh’s plan,she had came into your life just to acquire your wealth.
San – Haan Swara I know all this but what can I do of my heart.Jo bhi Ragini ne kiya that was her wish but the fact is that I love her to the bottom of my heart and actually I have forgiven her,I cannot stay angry on her for a long time I love her and she is my life.She was she is and she will always remain the love of my life.
After knowing about Sanskar’s feelings Swara was impressed and her feelings for Sanskar increased she was touched by his words she thought that how can a person love someone so deeply.Swara fell for Sanskar’s romantic nature but she knew that Sanskar will never love her because he loved Ragini whereas slowly slowly Sanskar also started liking Swara he liked her friendly behaviour and bubbly nature.She always took care of him,she used to spend time with him rather than spending time with her friends.Swara used to feed him and took care of his medicines.Sanskar used to experience the same type of love and care from Swara that he would have got from Ragini and Sanskar started to fall for Swara but he had not realised it,his heart used to tell him that he loved Swara but his mind used to tell him that he only loved Ragini. Sanskar used to think that he can love no one other than Ragini and if he fell in love again it will be like betraying Ragini so,he never wanted to realise his true feelings for Swara but destiny had other plans for them.One day Swasan were spending time together when
Sw – Acha Sanskar you are my best friend right ??
San – Haan Swara is there any doubt in this ??
Sw – No,Sanskar there is no doubt you are my best friend so,I can ask you anything right ??
San – Haan ask what you want to ask ??
Sw – Woh Sanskar….why you never talk with your dad ?? Is everything all right ??
San – Swara I have earlier told you that dad was against mine and Ragini’s relationship but I didnot listen to him and married Ragini after knowing about the marriage dad broke all relations with me. Swara now when I think about all this I realise that dad was correct about Ragini and I feel very guilty for not listening to my dad’s advice.
Sw – Toh Sanskar go and talk with rp uncle and mend your relationship.Tell uncle how you feel and I am sure he will forgive you ??
San – Nehi Swara I cannot go,I cannot face him.I have hurt him a lot and I know he can never forgive me.Now lets forget all this and lets go and have an ice cream.
Sw (thinking) – Nehi Sanskar I know that you want to meet your dad and you also want his forgiveness don’t worry Sanskar I will go and talk with rp uncle mein tum dono ke relationship ko thik karke rahungi.
San – Array what happened chalo….
Sw – Hmm….Sanskar you go,I need to meet someone but you go and have your ice cream.
San – Okay bye.
After this Swara goes and meets Sanskar dad (Rp).
Sw – Hello uncle.
Rp – Array Swara beta how are you and how is Sanskar ??
Sw – Uncle I am fine and Sanskar is also recovering from his depression.
Rp – Hmm….Swara toh Sanskar doesnot know na that I had appointed you as his lawyer.
Sw – No uncle Sanskar doesnot know anything but uncle I learnt about your’s and Sanskar’s past,pls uncle forgive Sanskar,Sanskar ne jo bhi kiya woh Ragini ke pyaar mein kiya.Uncle Sanskar is very guilty,he regrets for not listening to your advice.
Rp – But Swara I have forgiven him,I also regret for breaking all relations with him.When he needed me the most I was not there,I should have accepted Sanskar’s and Ragini’s relationship.
Sw – Sanskar misses you,he thinks that he cannot face you.Uncle whatever happened was in the past now pls forget all this and start a new life with Sanskar.
Rp – Swara beta mein toh yeh hi chahta hoon but will Sanskar forgive me ??
Sw – Why will Sanskar forgive you uncle when you have done nothing wrong so,pls uncle don’t say like this and come with me, now lets go and meet Sanskar.
Rp – Okay,lets go.
Swara and Rp reaches Swara’s home and she calls out to Sanskar.
Sw – Sanskar…where are you ?? pls come out and see who has come to meet you ??
San (comes out from his room) – Array Swara what happened ?? I was in my room and who has (he sees Rp) DAD !…..
Rp – Sanskar beta….
San – Dad aap….what are you doing here ??
Rp (goes towards Sanskar and folds his hands) – Pls beta forgive me,I should have reacted wisely and should have accepted your relation with Ragini.If I had accepted your relation then shayad yeh sab nehi hota (and he breaks down).
San (holds his dad’s hands) – No,dad what are you saying ?? you were not wrong balki I was wrong I should have listened to you.You were always correct about everything and I should have known that what you were telling was for my own good.Dad I am sorry pls forgive me (and tears start to come out from his eyes).
Rp – Nehi beta I am sorry,I should have understood you (he hugs Sanskar) pls forgive me.
Swara who was watching all this also becomes emotional.
Sw – Bas ab bohat huya yeh rona dhona now pls uncle and Sanskar forget all this and start a new life.
Rp – Yes Sanskar now pls come and stay in your own house.
San – Yes,dad you go and wait outside,I am coming.
After Rp leaves,Swasan are left alone.
Sw (thinking) – Its good that Sanskar and Rp uncle have decided to forget their past and are willing to start their new life but for that Sanskar has to leave this house.Now Sanskar will go away and I can never confess my feelings.
San – Array Swara where are you lost ??
Sw – Hmm….nothing tell me what you were telling ??
San (holds Swara’s hands) – Swara….thank you,thank you for doing all this.Thank you for bringing me and my dad together.Till today no one has done this much for me.Thank you (and excitedly Sanskar hugs Swara and plants a kiss on her left cheek).
Sw (shocked) – Sanskar…
San (comes back to his senses and pulls back) – Oh….I am sorry Swara I didnot mean to do it.I am really Sorry…
Sw (thinking) – No,I cannot let Sanskar go away I have to confess my feelings and I think this is the perfect time.
Sw – No,Sanskar don’t be sorry as I don’t regret this kiss.
San – Matlab what do you want to say ??
Sw – I love you Sanskar.
San – What !!
Sw – Yes,Sanskar I love you….
San – What are you telling Swara ?? Are you in your senses.You know na that I only love Ragini and I can never love you then how you can say all this.
Sw – But Sanskar I had just confessed my feelings and I had not asked you to give any answer.I know that you can never love me but I had to confess my feelings.
San – Swara I am sorry but right now I don’t know what to say and moreover dad is waiting outside so,bye (Sanskar walks out).
Sw (breaks down) – Sanskar…Sanskar pls listen to me….hey bhagwan by telling Sanskar about my feelings I think I have done something wrong.Sanskar will now break all relations with me,I think I have lost him and she starts crying uncontrollably.
Sanskar and Rp reaches home.Rp was telling something but Sanskar was not interested in talking as he was thinking about Swara and Rp notices that Sanskar is lost somewhere else.
Rp – Sanskar beta what happened ?? where are you lost ??
San – Hmm…nothing dad.
Rp – Sanskar,can I ask you something ??
San – Yes,dad you can ask you anything.
Rp – Do you love Swara ??
San (shocked) – Dad how do you…(interrupted by Rp).
Rp – Beta,I had heard your and Swara’s conversation.Dekho,Sanskar I think that you love Swara I can see love in your eyes and if you have fallen in love you should acknowledge it.If you confess your true feelings it will not be like you are betraying Ragini balki Ragini will be happy I know that you loved Ragini but I think Ragini will be happy to see you happy.Sanskar,life is giving you a second chance pls accept it beta.
San – But dad….
Rp – Acha thik hain,let’s do one thing you close your eyes and think about your’s and Swara’s relationship and I know that your heart will give out the answer and you will realise your feelings.
Sanskar closes his eyes and thinks about Swara how she gave justice,how their friendship started,how she used to take care of him,how she used to spend time with him,how she brought him and his dad together and his heart gives out the answer that he loves Swara.
San (opens his eyes) – Dad thank you,thank you so much I have realised it that I love Swara she is the love of my life and I will never let her go and I am ready to confess it.
Rp – Array then why are you sitting ?? go and confess your feelings and bring my bahu.
San – Yes dad and he goes to bring Swara.
Sanskar arrives at Swara’s house and he quickly goes inside and calls Swara.
San – Swara!Swara! and he sees Sharmistha coming out from her room.
San (excitedly) – Array aunty where is Swara and he notices that Sharmistha is crying.
San (worried) – Aunty what happened ?? why are you crying ??
Sha – Sanskar,Swara left this house woh ghar chorke chali gayi.
San (shocked) – What !!!
Sha – Haan Sanskar she just left this house,she was saying that you don’t love her and now you will also break all relations with her after knowing about her true feelings.She was broken from inside I tried to stop her but she didnot listen to me she said that she cannot live here with your memories and she just left from here.
San – Aunty where did she go ?? Did she tell anything ??
Sha (crying) – Nehi Sanskar I asked her but she just left from here and Sharmistha starts crying uncontrollably.
San – Aunty don’t cry,I will bring her back I love her a lot.Life has given me another chance and I will not let it go.I will bring my Swara back and he goes out to search Swara.
San (thinking) – where can Swara go ?? I should check her favourite places hmm…yaad aaya once Swara told me that children’s park was her favourite place because she loved to play with childrens.Okay so,first I will check there only.
Sanskar reaches children’s park and starts searching for Swara suddenly he sees Swara sitting on a bench and Sanskar goes and meets her.
San (angry) – SWARA !!!
Sw (shocked) – Sanskar….
San (angry) – Whats all this Swara ?? how can you do this ?? how can you leave your house and how,can you think that I will break all relations with you.You never thought about your mom,do you know how much she was worried for you ?? Swara how can you be so selfish and he is interrupted by Swara.
Sw – Selfish ?? how can you say this Sanskar ?? you know it very well that my house is filled with your memories and I love you damm it so,I cannot live in that house with your memories and she continued arguing with Sanskar whereas Sanskar wanted to say something but Swara wasn’t listening to him suddenly Sanskar kissed her on her lips first Swara was struggling to get away from Sanskar’s hold but eventually she gave in and their sweet,gentle kiss turned into a wild passionate kiss.After 10 mins Swasan pulled away from each other as they were out of breath.
San ( holded Swara’s hands) – Swara dekho I am sorry for talking so rudely with you,I should not have done that,I am sorry par mein karta I was so worried for you.When I heard that you have left your house I was so scared I thought that I have lost you.Life has given me another chance to love and I don’t want to loose it Swara.I want to tell you about my true feelings,I love you Swara I really love you.
Sw (crying) – Sach Sanskar you love me ??
San (wiped Swara’s tears) – Haan Swara I love you.
Sw – I love you too Sanskar and they hug each other.
Sw – I love you Sanskar.
San – I love you too Swara.
