Next morning…
Sun rays were disturbing swara’s sleep. She slowly opened her eyes and sits on the bed. She remembers the previous night and a cute smile appears on her face.
Swara (monologue): Sanskar does so much for me. He is doing do much for me since childhood. His love, his care, his gifts. And me…didn’t even give one gift to him. (pouts) I want to gift him…but what…The gift should be something which he cherish his whole life and will never forget but what.
Ragini woke up and saw swara pouting cutely. She sat on the bed and pulled swara’s cheeks making swara shock due to sudden pull.
Ragini: awwww, my shona looks so cute in this pout.
Swara does not react.
Ragini (worriedly): What happened shona? Are you okay?
Swara: Ragu, sanskar does so much for me. He gave so many surprises without any expectations. And me, I never gifted him anything.
Ragini: Hmmm, shona, you should gift him something which is related to both of you, your love.
Swara: But what
Ragini: My duty was to advise you, now you have to think by yourself.
Saying this ragini went to washroom…leaving confused swara.
Swara: What should I gift him? (she thinks for some time) Idea! now wait and watch Mr 3MB, today you will be shocked.
Evening…
Ragini was ready in a beautiful pink lehenga with the golden blouse.
She looks at swara who was not ready yet.
Ragini: Shona, you are not ready yet.
Swara: Ragu, you go down I will come.
Ragini: But
Swara: Ragu, lucky would be waiting for you (winking)
Ragini hit swara’s shoulders, “Dhat, okay I am going but come fast.”
Swara nods and ragini goes downstairs. Swara changes into her lehenga. She left her hair open. She was tying her blouse dori just then sanskar comes in. He sees swara in a beautiful white and red lehenga. Sanskar was memerised seeing her. He goes closer to her and ties her dori. Swara, felt a hand helping and looks upwards. She sees sanskar tieing her dori. Swara looks down and shies. Her body shivers when sanskar’s cold fingers touch her back.
Swara: Sa..sanskar, you here.
Sanskar (deep voice): I wanted to see my to be bride so I came here. Waise, today you got ready in the way I like. I mean open hair, wearing my favourite colour. I am impressed.
Swara turns around and asks innocently, “Sach”
Sanskar kisses her nose tip, “Much”
Swara looks down shyly.
Sanskar: aye haye, see this blush.
Swara hugs him. Sanskar reciprocates to the hug. After few minutes they broke the hug. Sanskar cupped her face and kissed her forehead lovingly. He then leans towards her. Swara shyly puts her hand on his mouth.
Swara: Sanskar, we are getting late.
Sanskar removes her hand and kisses her cheek.
Sanskar: I was only going to kiss your cheek (teasingly) what did you thought that I will kiss on your lips…(leans towards her) if you want I can do that too.
Swara pushes sanskar, “Let’s go”
Sanskar (chuckling): ok
SwaSan went downstairs. Swara went to ragini and started to meet the guests. Just then they heard a music. All of them turned around and saw SanLak on the stage.

Ragini: Achaji, didn’t you saw Mr Raj dancing on your bachelor’s night.
Laksh: Hayye, isi adaa par toh hum marte hai.
Saying this he was going to hug her but ragini bends down and lakh hugs a chubby and healthy aunty who was standing behind ragini.
Chubby aunty: Oye lux, I know I am beautiful but you shouldn’t hug me like that everyone. I feel shy
Laksh fakely smiles and runs from her before she could pulls his cheeks.
Ragini giggles. After few minutes sanskar was looking for swara but he couldn’t find her.
Sanskar (monologue): Oh god, where did shona go away. (just then lights get dim) what happened to the light?
All the guests were whispering as light went dim suddenly. Just then the projector is turned on on which there was sanskar’s picture in a heart. Everyone were confused. And a spotlight falls on sanskar.
Swara comes on the stage with a mike but beside the screen so that the images could be clearly seen. Swara started speaking while on the projector, some of the swasan photos were shown, sanskar’s photo with his family also.
Swara: Sanskar, this name is not just a mere name for me. It’s a world for me. This name is in my every heart beat, in my every vein of my body. Since childhood, you were very special for me. I don’t know why. (Sanskar smiles). When I was in darkness, you became my light. You supported me in my every step. You motivated me, encouraged me to face the world. You loved me unconditionally without any expectations. You gave me gifts, surprises, and much more, without expectations from me. You took care of me, pampered me, without any expectations from me. Sometime I think that my love is nothing infront of your love. (Sanskar nods in a no with moist eyes). I am sorry but I don’t have anything for you as a gift but I want to convey all my feelings through this song, which is only for you.
Flower petals started showering on sanskar but he was only seeing his shona.

There was a silence around. Sanskar hugs swara tightly
Sanskar: I love you too shona. And never say that you couldn’t gift me anything because you yourself is the gift for my life, which I can cherish my whole life.
Saying this tightens his grip around her while everyone clap. SwaSan break the hug.
Sanskar slightly hits on swara’s head and says, “Pagli, I am not any god that you will bow your down in front of me.”
Swara: But for me you are more than god sanskar.
Sanskar: But I don’t like when you bow your head down infront of me. I want you walk with me with raised head.
Swara smiles and hugs sanskar.
Sanskar (whispers): I love you
Swara: I love you too.
Laksh: Arrey bas bas hamare laila majnu. (whispers) this is not your room.
Swasan break the hug while blushing. Soon the sangeet was finished while all the guest already went away.
Shomi: everything went well
Parvati: (to SanLak) you both can’t meet your brides from tomorrow till your marriage, which day after tomorrow.
SanLak: WHAT!
Sanskar: No dadi, you can’t do that to us. Arrey, my day does not starts without seeing my shona.
Swara widens her eyes but then blushes.
Sujata: Sanskar, it’s just one day matter.
Sanskar: Ma, this one contains, 24 hours, 24×60 minutes and 24x60x60 seconds. It’s a lot ma
Laksh (teasingly and giggling): Bhai, you are a big business tycoon and you can’t even do the multiplications.
Sanskar glares him.
Sujata: Sanskar, it is a ritual that bride and groom can’t meet one day before their marriage
Laksh: Ma, isn’t there any ritual in which a bride and groom can spend a whole day together.
Now ragini blushed.
Sujata: Shut up both of you. All four of you go to your rooms.
Everyone went into their rooms. All of them changed to thier night dresses just then sanskar got a message from swara which says to come to the terrace. Sanskar went to the terrace where he saw swara standing and gazing at the moon. He smiles and back hugs her.
Sanskar: Kya baat hair to be Mrs Maheshwari, you are becoming romantic and all han. Calling me on hte terrace that too at night.
Swara blushes.
Swara: Woh, I have a gift for you.
Sanskar: Another gift (he turns swara by holding her shoulders) shona you don’t need to gift me. I mean.
Swara (innocently): But I really wanted to.
Sanskar: ok baba, tell me what is it?
Swara: Close your eyes first.
Sanskar closes his eyes.
Swara: Now open your eyes.
Sanskar opens his eyes and sees a small box wrapped. He took the box in his hand.
Swara (excitedly): open it and tell me how’s it?
Sanskar nods and unwraps the box. He opens it and saw a nice rolex watch. But the thing that attracted him the most was there was ‘ss’ craved in the middle.
Swara (curiously): How is it?
Sanskar: not good
Swara gets sad, “Sorry, I should have asked you before chossing the watch. Give it to me, I will get a different one.”
Sanskar holds her shoulders, “Calm down shona. Listen to first (cups her face) it’s not good because It is the best gift.”
Swara: Yes but (realises what sanskar said), wait what did you say? It means you liked it.
Sanskar: Ahn, loved it.
Swara smiles widely.
Swara: Sachi
Sanskar (pulls her one cheek): muchi
Swara: umm..good night sanskar.
Saying she was going but sanskar held her hand and pulled her making swara dash with his chest. He holds her waist tightly with one hand and locks part of her hair. They share a cute eyelock.
Swara wriggling, “Sanskar…what are you doing?”
Sanskar: Nothing, just want to give a return gift to you.
Swara: return gift.
Sanskar nods and cups her one cheek. He kisses her forehead and starts leaning towards her lips. Swara closes her eyes. Sanskar puts his lips on hers and started kissing her softly. Swara reciprocated to the kiss while holding his shoulders. After few minutes they brok the kiss. Swara lowers her eyes due to shyness and hugs sanskar hiding her face in his chest. They remained like this for few minutes.
Sanskar: I think we should go now or do you want to stay like this till morning.
Swara pushes sanskar and runs back to her room. Sanskar looked at the watch and kissed it. He also went back to his room and slept.
