Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame Aradhana Sharma who is also known for her performance in shows like Splitsvilla 12, Aladdin has been roped in to essay a pivotal role in the show Spy Bahu. The show features Sehban Azim and Sana Sayyad in the lead roles. Details about Aradhana’s character have been kept under wraps and not much has been revealed yet.
The show has already created a lot of buzz with this promo where Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan can be seen as the ‘sutradhaar’. For the unversed, Spy Bahu is a unique love story between a young spy named Sejal (essayed by Sana Sayyad) and a suspected terrorist, Yohan ( essayed by Sehban Azim). The show also stars popular actors Parineeta Borthakur, Ayub Khan, Shobha Khote, Bhavna Balsavar, Devashish Chandiramani among others.
Earlier, in an interview with BT, Aradhana talked about her break from the small screen and shared, “I am giving auditions for it and nothing has worked out yet. But yes, a good amount of projects are lined up for me on the OTT platform. I am looking forward to doing television shows but you never know how and when things will work. So yes, I hope something will happen soon.”
