SAB TV’s beloved show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been a source of laughter and warmth for audiences for years. As one of the longest-running sitcoms in Indian television history, the show recently introduced a significant change with the arrival of a new actor playing Goli, following the departure of Kush Shah.
Kush Shah, who has been part of the show since its inception, shared a heartfelt farewell message, expressing his gratitude to fans and the show’s creator, Asit Kumar Modi, for their unwavering support and trust. In a video message, Kush said, “When this show started, I was very young. You have given me a lot of love, and this family has given me as much love as you have. I have made a lot of memories here and enjoyed my time. I spent my childhood on this show and want to thank Mr. Asit Kumar Modi for this journey. His trust transformed me into Goli.”
As the storyline unfolds, the Gokuldham Society members are eagerly anticipating a special Sunday breakfast organized by Dr. Hathi’s family. Goli is assigned to bring hot and fresh Rabadi, Jalebi, and Khasta Kachori to the event. He sets off on Bhide’s cherished scooter, Sakharam, but doesn’t reach his destination. When Bhide and the others realize that both Goli and Sakharam are missing, they become concerned and set out to search for them.
The search leads them to find Sakharam involved in an accident, but Goli is nowhere to be found. The anxiety among the society members intensifies as they wonder if Goli will return to explain what happened or if he is hiding in fear.

As the show enters its 16th year and surpasses 4,100 episodes, fans are excited to see how the new Goli will fit into the dynamics of the Gokuldham Society and what new adventures lie ahead.
