A TALE TO REMEMBER…. ROOM NO.422…. IKRS THIRD EPISODE….
The episode starts Viplav thinking about his words. Dhaani’s face flashes on his mind.He thinks how could someone leave her to face the situation. He gets restless. Just then,he gets a call. It is his mom’s call. He shares about Dhaani with his mother.His mother blesses him saying she would want her son to be successful in giving a life to a girl.Viplav then says about Dhaani’s father. His mother asks him not to be weak and focus on his work. Viplav smiles and says sure Maa…. He hangs up. The senior nurse comes in asking aap ne kya socha sir?? Viplav looks on and says ismein sochna kya hai…agar Dhaani theek ho sakti hai toh I can do anything… The nurse smiles and says toh what have you planned for this?? Viplav says planning toh kuch nahi… bas abhi ke liye soch raha hoon that Dhaani should talk to me … and should not react violently seeing me….jaise she reacts calmly when she sees you…I want to make Dhaani realize that I am not any threat for her. The nurse says she can help him for it. They go….
The nurse opens the door of room no.422… Dhaani is seen..The nurse asks Viplav to remain there till she asks him… The nurse goes to Dhaani who feels relieved seeing her mother figure… Dhaani has disheveled hair… in that hospital outfit… She does not say anything…Tears are rolling down her cheeks… The nurse then hugs her and asks her not to stress herself.. Dhaani then wipes her tears and asks if she would not harm her… The nurse says never… and someone is there who wants to be friends with her…Dhaani in kid’s manner says who?? The nurse asks Viplav to come in.. Dhaani clutches the bedsheet and is afraid…
Viplav walks in while Dhaani tries to hide herself. The nurse calms her down and says doctor wants to be her friend!! Dhaani then looks at Viplav and quickly turns to the other side.. The nurse asks if she wants to be his friends.. Dhaani says they are not good… these people are bad… Viplav looks on and says Dekho Dhaani… I am not bad… I am here to be friends with you…kya tum meri dost banogi… Dhaani does not look at him…and mumbles saying he is not good….Viplav then says accha chalo if you don’t want to be friends…lets leave it…. I am going… He stands up… Dhaani then holds his hand much to their surprise…Viplav turns back…Dheere dheere instrumental plays… Dhaani says sachmein you wanna be my friend… Viplav says haan….and smiles… Viplav Dhaani then look at their hands….
Tum ho pass mere saath mere plays(From Rockstar)Dhaani says sacchi… Viplav says Mucchi… Dhaani then hugs him and cries… Viplav looks on… He hugs her back caressing her hair… He asks her not to cry…He then looks at her feet tied…The nurse looks on… She signals she cannot do anything about that… Viplav then asks Dhaani not to cry now… Dhaani then keeps holding his hand… and says Naam?? Viplav looks on.. Dhaani says name please?? The nurse and Viplav smile.. Viplav says I am Viplav… Dhaani says but… she told your name is doctor…. Viplav smiles and says haan..toh I am doctor Viplav…. Dhaani says oh…. but then she reminisces other doctors and nurses forcing her to take medicines in presence of her father….
She then shoves Viplav’s hand away and asks him if he will be same like others… Viplav promises that he won’t be like that… Dhaani says then its okay….and looks away from Viplav… Viplav asks her to talk to him… Dhaani says no…. and keeps hiding her face… Viplav looks at nurse…back to Dhaani…and says accha theek hai…ab toh hum friends hain…toh I will come here often…but promise me…you will talk to me next time… Dhaani then hesitantly puts her hand over Viplav’s hand to promise..Her hand trembles…But Viplav holds her hand…. And smiles… He then goes…. Dhaani who is looking other way sleeps… Viplav turns to look at Dhaani….Fast tune of IKRS plays……He then goes….
Days pass…. Viplav goes and talks to Dhaani to know about her….sometimes…she used to little bit okay…sometimes…she used to be violent…. Viplav used to handle her now… She used to weep… Viplav used to feel miserable about that…. Viplav had grown as Dhaani’s support…and Dhaani used to feel good that someone listens to her…. She used to talk like kids… and Viplav used to listen to her without any monotony… It was unknown to both that they have fallen for each other… they are habituated to each other…they are habituated to each other’s support….This thought did not come in their mind anytime… but as it says….love happens…and finds it path against all the odds…..
One day,when Viplav is away from hospital…. Dhaani’s father arrives there… Seeing Dhaani better than before…he got angry…The senior nurse asked him to stop it…. He misbehaved with the nurse… Every other staff remained mum…no one tried to speak for Dhaani…they just watched all the happenings silently….Dhaani gets afraid…and asks for doctor(Viplav)….. Dhaani’s father demands to know about this new doctor.. Everyone is silent…
He then orders his men to bring drugs…. The nurse tries to stop him…. Dhaani is begging to leave her…But the sinner is not listening…. When his men are about to inject it to Dhaani… Viplav comes there…. The father looks on…
Viplav fights with those goons…. Dhaani gets relieved seeing Viplav and hugs him….tu hai mujhmein samaya…kaha leke mujhe aaya…mein hoon tujhme samaya(Kun faya kun from Rockstar) plays…. Viplav hugs her back… He cups her face and says mein aagaya hoon na… don’t worry… I am here… He then asks her not to take stress… He goes back to Dhaani’s dad and asks him to stay away from Dhaani otherwise he will have to bear the consequences..Dhaani’s father asks him what relation he has with Dhaani that he is thinking about that girl… Viplav says the relation of faith…and the relation of trust…which you could not maintain being her father…. Dhaani looks on afraid….Dheere dheere instrumental plays….Viplav warns Dhaani’s father to stay away from Dhaani…otherwise he won’t spare him…. Dhaani’s father asks him not to interfere in his matter and goes to misbehave with Dhaani… Viplav shoves his hand away and Dhaani’s father falls on the floor… He gets up.. Viplav tells him… iss baar chhod raha hoon…agli baar Dhaani ke saath badtameezi ki toh you won’t be able to stand up for your whole life….think about it… Dhaani’s father looks at Viplav and then stares Dhaani angrily… Dhaani gets afraid… Viplav asks ye aankhen kise dikharahe ho… get out from here… Dhaani’s father goes…. Viplav runs to Dhaani and asks if she is okay..
Dhaani holds his hand…and asks him not to leave her… Viplav holds her hand and says never…. The nurse asks Viplav to be with Dhaani and goes…..Dhaani then sees blood on Viplav’s hand…she panics saying khoon… Viplav asks her not to get scared..as he will be okay… Dhaani looks at him with tears in her eyes… Viplav asks her to rest while he stands up to go…. Dhaani has tears rolling down her cheeks… Viplav wipes those tears after which he turns to go… Dhaani closes her eyes and looks away…Viplav goes…..and while closing the door…looks at Dhaani one more time…..He then goes……
