The camera guy asks Radhika if she wants to tell them about her Baba. What’s his name and background? Tara picks up Sachin’s call excitedly before Radhika can say anything. He makes her hand over the phone to Radhika. Radhika excuses herself to speak to Sachin. He tells her to swear that she will never take her Guru’s name either in front of or behind stage. Do you understand? She agrees. Why do you say so? I wanted you to come on TV. He thinks his past can ruin her future. It isn’t a support but a burden! He tells her to make Kathak famous. People know me as Kathak Guru till now. I want my identity to be the same even later. I don’t want my name to be above Kathak. It will be wrong. I wont appear on TV. She is about to tell him the song chosen by Bandy when the crew asks her to join them for her byte. She hands over the phone to Tara without telling him anything.
Sachin tells Radhika (Tara in reality) that he is certain that his daughter will shoulder all the responsibilities well. You are the star which was hiding behind the clouds till date but this chance has cleared the sky. You will shine brightly as you have our art with you. Which song are you performing on? Tara gets tensed. Sachin asks her if she is tensed. Don’t be afraid of anything. If you feel it is too much then come back. Tara says it’s a surprise. They haven’t told us yet. Crew members have come to take Ankit with them. We cannot start the premiere without you. This is also RD Sir’s wish.
Tara comes to the set as a crew member. Her headset and walkie-talkie are in place. She looks around excitedly. Where is Mane family? A crew member calls for her. She heads backstage as requested.
All the contestants are getting ready for their first performance. Rajesh asks Tara to make copies of the forms and keep it on the desks of judges. All the judges need different type of water. She nods. Venky asks her about her dress. Tara shares that it has been washed. I forgot to tell Kaki that one must be in uniform. He tells her he isn’t interested in her stories. He goes to bring a new badge for her. A lady tells the contestants to dip their feet in cola before they go on stage. You wont slip then. They nod. Tara is thrilled to see her All Access card. I can go anywhere? Venky nods. Venky gives her a list with the phone numbers of all the participants and judges. Tara smiles reading MK’s name. Venky calls her dream girl. We don’t have much time. Hurry up. She nods. Tara murmurs excitedly. I will save this list with me.
Divya praises herself in the mirror. Wish I knew it before that I am so beautiful! This mirror is so beautiful and huge. I have to win this show at any cost! I will get a bigger mirror than this in Lucknow. She is about to pick a phone but Tara picks it before her. Divya says it is Radhika’s phone. Tara shares that she is her sister. She also shows her badge. Have you seen Tai? Divya denies. She was upset when she saw her costume. I tried to make her understand but you know your sister. Tara feels bad for Radhika. Sachin’s words echo in her head. I must do something now. I also have all access card. It is my responsibility now!
Tara walks up to RD who is checking all the last minute details. Tara tries to request him but he tells her to speak to her senior. Tara is summoned to make up room. Tara is on her way when a girl (Saira) asks Tara if she is from production. Tara nods. How do you know? She points at Tara’s badge. My mother is sitting in the audience. Can you get her a seat from where she can see my performance? Tara agrees. A girl tells her to practise Kathak well. It is a new dance form for you. Saira nods sadly. Tara hurries off to Room no. 10 after hearing second call on walkie-talkie.
Mane family is amazed to see the set up. Ajji is mesmerised. Sachin never took me with him! Chinu asks her why Sachin will take her. Ajji covers up that he never took her with him to show his dance. He dint even take me to the program in Satara. Varun changes the topic. The camera will also zoom on us. It is all because of Radhika! Her hard work has brought us here. Ajji says it isn’t only because of Radhika but Tara too. She has become the manager of this place. Chinu reasons that she has just joined the team here. Manager must be someone else. Ajji asks them if they cannot see Tara’s hard work.
Tara looks at the Emcee in confusion while he practises. He asks for final RO. Give it to me asap. AC isn’t working properly. My makeup will be washed off in a second. Don’t complain later on. She tries to check the packet. He asks her if she knows the meaning of RO. She nods. Tell me one work first – AC or RO. He asks for RO. She leaves. He is sure she will leave in 4 days!
Ankit’s eyes are scanning the crowd for Tara.
A crew member asks them why they are standing till now. Varun shares that they are the family members of a contestants. She asks them why they dint come early. Ajji says we started 3 hours ago but there was too much rush. Crew member asks them to come with her.
Tara meets Arjun in the corridor. He steps aside to give her way. She laughs seeing his costume but then goes quiet. I wont laugh again. He nods but she walks away laughing to herself.
Ankit asks a team member about Tara. The crew member is unable to understand anything. He points behind Ankit. He turns around and notices Tara coming there.
Precap: Grand Premiere is live. All the judges and contestants are introduced. A crew member asks Tara if she has done something with Ankit. He came and started looking for you! Tara is dancing in the dark on Masakkali song. Lights come on and Tara realises that she was dancing on stage. Ankit and Mane family looks at her in confusion.
