Mohit Daga, who was last seen on the show Tera Yaar Hoon Main, is all set to essay a solo lead for the first time on television. The actor is all set for his upcoming show ‘Dusri Maa’ which will launch mid-September.
Mohit talked about it during a recent interview and shared, “I will play a lawyer here. It’s my first as a solo lead on a show. There have been times when I have been the negative lead or there were other lead characters, besides me, but this time it’s only me and the female lead. I am excited and this show means a lot to me. My character is a positive one but he feels stuck in life regarding a few things and can’t understand what to do about it. So it is an interesting story.”
Mohit has already commenced the shoot for the show and is currently in Jaipur for the schedule. Talking about it he shared, “I have been to Jaipur multiple times, but it was always for a short span of time. But as our show will be fully shot here, I will be staying here until the show is on air. Now it feels like Jaipur is my second home. I love how the history and tradition of this city is still intact.”
Talking about his first visit to Jaipur, he said, “The first thing I did when I came to Jaipur was to go to Hanuman temple. I feel very connected to him and somewhere I feel that he is the reason for me getting this work opportunity, and I am grateful for that.”
